Speedy service and their tow driver was very helpful and kind. Their trucks are very clean and comfortable to ride in while your car is getting towed.

My son was found deceased, when I went to retrieve it, they were completely uncooperative. I spent half a day on the phone trying to retrieve it only to find out that the charges were in excess the value of the car, it had been there only 3 days. The charges are highway robbery, I don’t recommend doing business with these people.Service: Car towing

My son was found decently, I spent half a day trying to retrieve his vehicle, this bus was completely uncooperative. When I asked about the charges, they exceeded the value of the vehicle after only 3 days. I don't recommend doing business with this company.

Highway robbery!!! We broke down 1 mile outside of Northbend and need a 6 mile tow back to northbend, We have a motorhome and they told us it would be $3200 for the tow outrageous!!!!! Talk about try to take advantage of people in hard situations... We called another tow shop and charged us $1000 for the same service which is far more reasonable.... Avoid this company unless you like getting taken advantage of.

The location I used was out of Spokane not North Bend. It took two trucks (one for my tractor & one for my trailer - 18 wheeler). Both operators were friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. They worked quickly and efficiently on scene & towed me 145 miles back to Spokane for repairs. Very professional. I would not hesitate to call them again.Services: Special vehicle towing

Aron was everything you would hope for when in need of a professional tow. Although my truck being in a ditch he treated my vehicle like it was his family's while still maintaing efficient and fast service. An honest, punctual and quick tow experience all around. Highly recommend a call to tow pro if your day goes a little sideways
