I had the most pleasant experience today shopping at the Pendleton store in North Bend. Honestly I can't recall the last time I've been to a store where a retail Sales Consultant made me and everyone else feel so welcomed and helped. They gave everyone quality time and attention and no one was left waiting it was amazing. As for the store it's Pendleton and it's just pleasing to the eye! Colorful, graceful, crisp and clean. If you're driving through the area it's worth the time to check them out.

Long time patron of this location. Always better to shop here closer to home than at the brand locations in the city which carry most of the same stuff but fewer sale items. Purchased several wool blankets for our cabin recently and got so much help and information from Hazel who was just a joy to work with. Will be back soon!

Amazing collection, their stuff is just outstanding. The manager was sooooo helpful and even let us shop few minutes after their closing time. And 40% extra off on clearance was mind blowing. Must visit

This is my favorite Pendleton store ever!!! They have the best selection and people! Tom and Sandy in particular are amazing, but all the staff is super friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly highly recommend!

$40 bath towels on Amazon are $60 here.They must think customers here are pretty d**** some must be or they'd never sell those $200 shirts made by a sweatshop in Indonesia

No longer carry petites. Don't bag clothes. You can buy a bag for 10 cents but it wasn't offered until after purchase. Bag offered was for a boxed mug or small item not a women's oversized sweater. Nothing egregious and staff is courteous but I think I'm finished with Pendleton. Just not worth the price. FYI I'd rather pay more than get less.

I purchased a Pendleton Sequoia Anorak from the sales lady over the telephone. She was, I thought very helpful in selecting the product. I was told it was not in their catalog and there was no way to view the court on the website. The sales lady told me if it didn't fit there would be a return label enclosed to return it for free. I purchased it and it shipped the same day, two days later it was received in Texas. The coat was too tight for my wife and was lined and would be too heavy in Texas. The sales woman also told me there was no way to review this product on line to see if it was the right product. I called about returning the jacket, and was told I had to pay the return postage. That I needed to contact their Customer Service Website, who have still not called me back regarding help with the product selection. They told me they would give me a return label but it would return it to their warehouse in Nebraska and the store would not want to credit the price back to me. While trying to return it on line, I entered the product number from the Packing List and there is the jacket to be viewed on line before purchasing. I called the store back and she referred me back to the CS line, and I explained they had told me I needed to return it to the store. I asked if she had requested the District Manager give me a call. She said she had but again told me she probably would not return my call, since they did not have a store manager. This store goes out of there way to sell you on their quality and customer support to support a sale. Unfortunately it is nonexistent when you want to return a product. From the sales woman not being familiar with their return process to not allowing me to review the product on line, this has been a net loss of an experience. So between the sales people not being familiar with store return policies, District Manager's not willing to return a customer's call and the entire experience leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth I cannot in good conscience recommend shopping at this store. I am now just returning the. product instead of replacing it and staying away from the Pendleton name. They do have a good product, but support for dissatisfaction is not one of their concerns. Very typical customer support attitude when selling a good product. People will continue to shop from Pendleton, due to the name regardless of customer service experience. Good luck with your transaction with Pendleton, I hope you don't have any need for interaction beyond paying for your product.

I just made a purchase of some fine Pendleton clothing from this store. I worked with Celine Knight, the store manager. My experience was both helpful and delightful. Ms. Knight took great care to get to know my clothing tastes and find just the right pieces to suite my needs. In situations where her store didn't have an item I was looking for or one she suggested, Ms Knight went out of her way to search all sources to see if she could find what I was seeking. *I say "her" store because I felt she seemed so comfortable and committed to serving the customer: Everything about my experience at this Bend Oregon store was fun and joyous. Its the place to go for Pendleton products and quality service!
