I shop there EVERY time I go to Snoqualmie. Most o the other stores I liked are gone! I can count on L H.B. to be there when I go to North Bend.

Tried to return an online order. The clerk said they cannot take online returns on weekends. They have to "Call it in". Are you fricken kidding me!I ended up finding the correct size of the same items I ordered. But still left wondering if this story about how they cannot take online returns on weekends is BS. Truly bizarre and will never buy online ever again.The store clerk was somewhat helpful but also rather testy about dealing with the now exchange for the same items of different sizes. Prices are not discounted much or at all for women's lingerie. You are paying MSRP for most items. Or they have a misleading discount. IE: 40% off and in small print "when buying 3 items". Gotcha!

I had the best experience today!!! I took my daughter whom is disabled to go buy some new under garments and Ruth was amazing she went above and beyond to help my daughter. As a mother with a young adult daughter with a disability you don’t always get that great of service from people she treated my daughter like a person talked too her not at her she didn’t ignore her and for that I am so grateful thank you Ruth for your amazing service. You definitely touched my heart!!!!

Helpful staff, wide selection. Most prices weren’t spectacular but the occasional good deal exists. It’s not a surprise, but the Hanes underwear is always a little itchy

Do not shop at this store! The staff was courteous, but the company no longer stands behind their products. My wife bought some bras here and when she tried them on in the store they felt pretty good. After getting them home and wearing them for a few hours, they started to become very uncomfortable. Specifically, they had several places where they started to rub raw spots on her skin. She tried washing them twice, thinking that might help solve the problem, but it didn't help. She went back to the store and was told that there was nothing they could do for her. She wasn't expecting a full refund because the bras were worn and washed, but maybe a partial credit towards a future purchase would have been nice. But no, they don't care! Once they have your money you are pretty much screwed. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

Absolutely rude elderly lady that works there. Completely hateful to my wife and lacks any form of courtesy and customer service. Very sad because my wife loves the company, but will no longer be able to support the local business.
