They were my go to service department for some time.They said I had a leaking axle and made multiple attempts to fix it as it continued to leak After one repair attempt the axle was out of alignment The vehicle became all over the road so I took the vehicle back to them The service advisor took the car home and could find nothing wrong In the mean time the tires got damaged 8 have a friend who was a mechanic looks at it and quickly determined the front end now was out of alignment I took it to a alignment shop and resolved the issues I mentioned this to my service advisor and they would do nothing with the ruined tires They said they were too expensive I spent thousands of dollars.I have not been back.I do not recommend them at all as far as service work They obviously did not want my service anymore.I never heard from them again .

I inquired about a car they were selling. I contacted them a week in advance about coming down to buy the car on Saturday, I had also informed them I live 4 hours away and I would like to make sure everything was set up before I committed to the drive. I was assured that everything was set up and ready for me to make it in on Saturday. I set an appointment to be there for the car at 2:00pm, at around 12:30pm (3 hours into my drive there) I was called and told that someone else was there looking at the car. And that the car would be sold before I can even make it in. I had over 8 hours of my day wasted because this dealership is incompetent in communication and couldn't hold up their end of their promise. If you value honesty or your own time I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I tried to buy a 2016 Chevrolet SS from these guys. Despite having to pay 2K to ship the deal fell through over $200. Johnny the Salesman, Jeff the Sales Manager and Mark the General Manager seemed to be all incompetent! Many broken promises for contact and lots of wasted time.

Full disclosure, I have never had a good experience with Chevrolet dealer and so my expectations were in the toilet when I decided to speak with this dealer. First off, they communicated clearly ahead of time to schedule an appointment. I was delayed by another dealer and arrived late and they didn't remind me of my tardiness. I was greeted with a smile from all four people in the showroom. The experience continued along these lines. Everyone was friendly, courteous and cordial. To the folks looking to get a C8, go and have a chat with these folks. There was no BS and they called things as they saw them. For folks who are into collectibles, their showroom is filled with metal pedal cars. It's an experience. I'm sure kids would love it. Oh yes, they even had a 1954 Bel Air in the show area. Overall, I have to say that they are one of the best car dealers I've ever dealt with! Nice job!

ETCH FEE? Ever heard of an etch fee? Attempted to buy a car here and "etch fee" of $200 showed up on the quote. It is a fee for etching the serial number of the vehicle into the glass. It is not a requirement and, should you want to do it, you can have in done elsewhere or DIY for a whole lot less. They did remove the fee at my request. This is just a note to pay close attention to what you are paying for. And, no, I didn't buy the car.

Bought a car from this dealership about 7 months ago and have had to put it in the shop 5 times since I bought it. The manager told me the 4th time that they will not do anything for me ever again. This is after they told me nothing was wrong with my car then my coolant turned to straight oil they fixed my oil cooler now not even 2 weeks later I had to put it in a different shop. They are saying because it wasn't fixed the first time now there are several issues that have to be fixed in order to get it back on the road. This is going to cost me a small fortune because they didn't fix the issue the first time I told them something was wrong.

Stay away!!! Called them to ask about toyota prius and a lady called Lisa answered me. I asked the price and asked if its negotiable to a certain amount. She said she would get back to me. The next day i called myself and talked to her. She told me that someone is coming and buying the car with their advertised price with cash but surprisingly asked me if I could come right now. Of course i couldnt. Got a call back about an hour later and was told that she could sell me the car but she is holding another guy off. I started wondering why I am so special to keep someone off the list and get the car. Filled their application and guess what no response. I even asked her to get back to me and she said of course. Now its been 2 days. Texted her today and still no answer. How are they even in the business. Worst place ever!

Customer Service is a lost art. There are times you can't see the quality of a business until there is a problem..... So, I am updating my review based on how the company handled a bad situation. We had originally tried to contact the general manager, but he was out ill. The used car manager, Amin Gangaie immediately expressed genuine concern and contacted the general manager, Mark Murray at home to address the situation. Prior to returning Mark Murray's phone call I sent him screenshots of the text conversation with my husband and previous employee of the dealership Mr. Yu which contradicted what Mr. Yu had said. Both Amin and Mark took the time to listen to our concerns and address them and make them right, and make us whole. We will NOT hesitate to purchase our next Silverado from North Bend Chevrolet. Thank you Amin and Mark for the example you set for your employees.

BEST DEALERSHIP PERSONNEL AND EXPERIENCE EVER! I have never written a review for a car dealership before but I felt I HAD to write this review to let people everywhere to know about my experience and hopefully this will help you decide whether or not to buy from North Bend Chevrolet. From my inquiry into the vehicle via internet, I swiftly received a call from saleswoman Sierra Wallace... Very personal and friendly on the phone, we spoke about the vehicle and then I proceeded the following day to the dealership as I live almost 2 hrs away... Now 1st, when I walked in, very nice antique styled showroom is neat to say the least...Personally I loved the old gas pumps, peddle cars, and a very friendly, relaxed family vibe the place put off. I must admit, I was a little surprised to see that Sierra, my saleswoman, was only 18 years old...She took my joke of if she was old enough to drive yet and told me her dad and grandad work with her.... She of course was joking as well. Do not let her young age deter you, as she is professional, and knows how to deal, how to sale cars, and knows about the vehicle! what she doesn't know, she will find the answer immediately and get back to you... A couple back and forth negotiation and we agreed on a deal. Jeff McDonald, the General Sales Manager was very quick in the idk what you call it but the head honcho deal office, worked quick to give Sierra a response of yes/no/counter offer. What impressed me was he allowed Sierra to do the complete negotiation. He obviously had full trust in his saleswoman and it promotes an environment where you are one on one. Chris Wright is the Finance Manager. Great, friendly, honest, and professional. Very relaxed atmosphere where we not only discussed financing options but talked football, and a few other similar interests. Nothing was rushed, everything was completely explained, and there was absolutely no pressure at all. I had a rental car and needed to get it back to Enterprise down in Issaqua...Enterprise refused to pick me up or to drop me off if I brought them the car. The staff at North Bend Chevrolet didn't blink an eye in following down to the rental car office and brought me back. A 30-40 minute round trip! I cannot thank the family of North Bend Chevrolet for the best experience ever! I highly recommend anyone wanting a new or used vehicle, don't go anywhere else..GO TO NORTH BEND CHEVROLET. North Bend Chevrolet has my business for life!

Johnny did an amazing job with my first new vehicle purchase ever. Made my dream car happen! So excited to see it in the driveway. This isn't a review about how the first dealership we went to was luckily awesome...we searched everywhere for a reputable dealership that understood how to communicate, was honest throughout the transaction...and as a bonus knew how to keep the stress level low with some fun now and then. The employees are outwardly happy, seem like they feel like they are part of a team, and clearly welcomed our business. The dealership is beyond welcoming and trendy...where else could you possibly find a place with 3 C8s in the rain...but a mint 80s chevette on display front in center of the showroom?! I would definitely go back again, and easily say they have my highest recommendations to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. Thanks Johnny for calling me to see how I was doing. Thanks Johnny for putting me in my dream car. Thanks Johnny for making the sale go through exactly how you said it would. Keep up the great work.

I've bought a few vehicles over the years but this place had made the process and car buying experience seamless! Worked with John Nesmith and he was great with getting me information about vehicle I wanted even though I was across the country. Great customer service throughout the whole experience!

Even though they are a Chevrolet dealer , they sell used cars of all brands and if you are in Seattle, it is worth the drive to go out to North Bend to buy a car from them. From Malachi in Sales to Josh in Service , the whole team made it a great experience to trade in a car and buy a car from them. I had a small issue with the SUV I purchased and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect .

My wife and I had a great buying experience with Malachi and all the staff. Malachi was friendly, helpful and really worked with us to make a deal happen. Everyone we spoke to was sincere and it was a terrific experience.

Honestly.. I never do reviews. However, I am extremely disappointed in the customer service here. We went in on a Friday to look at a car, test drove it and decided we would see what the could do for us. They pulled the finance options and we agreed. However, being late on a Friday the banks weren't getting back with the final offers so they said they would work on it and get back to us the next day in the morning. Mind you this dealership is over an hour away for us. They never called us in the morning and when I called, I was told that they were busy and someone would call me back in about a half hour... the story goes in like that until after 5pm when I finally get a hold of someone and I am told that they can't get me to the payments I want now. Most frustrating experience ever. Feel like they just didn't want to put in the work, or I wasn't an important enough customer.
