Came during Outlet day and the staff were very helpful. Came out spending $200+ worth of items with so many discounts availed. The only negative thing was the guy in green puff jacket didn't want to give me another paper bag claiming everything already fits in one bag.

Came there on my Ducati motorcycle in all expensive moto gear and after shopping in a couple of other outlets I had my backpack full of stuff. Then decided to buy me a pair of jeans from Levi’s. Took a pair into a fitting room and obviously went there with my backpack, which I wouldn’t just leave sitting somewhere in the store considering it had other more valuable stuff in it. The manager (or maybe a senior sales person) knocked on my door saying that they didn’t allow backpacks in the fitting room and demanded me pushing it under the door. There was no sign anywhere in the store saying that the backpacks were not allowed. When I got out of the fitting room a security guy showed up in the store, who wasn’t there when I was choosing the jeans. Obviously I was treated like I was a shoplifter trying to steal these $70 dollars jeans. Never been treated like this before even in the expensive branded boutiques… this lady should be ashamed of herself. I was about to just leave the jeans without buying them. I understand there is a lot of stuff being stolen nowadays in the area, but those guys are not even being prosecuted and just do whatever they want without even taking their backpacks in the fitting room.

Staff is attentive and were eager to help. Didn't need help, but it was pretty impressive that the young staff were so welcoming and pleasant as it's probably their first job. Good kids there for sure.

It's an outlet, but since I got 2 pair of 501s for half the price of 1 pair; it's pretty epic! There is a lot of inventory; mainly the clasics: jeans, some work gear, and tops, but the price is what will bring me back. Shopping smarter is so important right now, so having this outlet store enables me to purchase what I need without bankrupting myself.
