“WHAT'S UP, BIRCHES?!This surprisingly spacious boutique specializing in home décor, apparel and accessories, like the Tardis, is much bigger on the inside than it appears. Unfortunately, the prices are also larger than other, similar shops in the area (Carousel in Snoqualmie, for example). There's more stock here, as a result of its size, and it's collection is arguably better curated and more stylish than most, depending on your taste. It's the kind of place my wife and I would love to shop, if things were a bit more affordable, but YMMV. Still, Birches Habitat is definitely worth checking out for the style-conscious consumer, and absolutely the best boutique in North Bend! You may find better deals at the outlet mall, but you're not likely to find anything as swanky!”

“I just had the most remarkable experience at Carousel. We were greeted with a friendly hello and the browsing commenced. Their Stuffie collection is INCREDIBLE!! They have everything from an egg to a fuchsia axelotl, baby pink dragon to forest green triceratops. I'm attaching some pics including this rainbow of bunnies. Fantastic birthday gift spot!”

“We've never been in the gift shop albeit we've visited Snoqualmie Falls numerous times. Based on the older pictures posted here to Yelp I can tell they renovated the space and also put some more interesting items and clothing for sale. It gave me national park shop vibes with the cute clothes, stickers, mugs, magnets etc being sold- which I loved. We weren't in the market for any items but I was really impressed with the selection. We arrived no long before they were set to close and due to the cold weather many visitors were inside ordering hot cocoa from the food and drinks area. Looks like they have a nice assortment of sweet treats for sale along with a variety of drinks. At some point when we returns again I'm sure we will order some sweets. There also was a comprehensive history of the falls and Snoqualmie Indian Tribe and how interesting it is to know "October 31, 2019, the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe was officially able to secure its sacred landscape and ancient burial sites, prohibiting the approved planned development from proceeding by purchasing the Salish Lodge & Spa, this Snoqualmie Falls Gift Shop, and 45 acres of surrounding land." The continual threat of development on sacred land and burial sites is deplorable but not shocking considering how the American government treats Native Americans. I'm glad they were able to protect their land and it sounds like purchasing items in the shop supports the tribe which is a win win! Be sure to stop by when visiting the falls and or the lodge.”
