I had a unit here for about 1 year and here are some note worthy points about this facility:
All reviews are solicited when first moving into storage to help the manager "win a trip", so most reviews here carry little weight as most people have not used the facility for an extended period of time.
Lot is not maintained/plowed during the winter and had black ice with snow throughout rendering it inaccessible for days at a time.
Gate is left open during office hours, even when the manager leaves the facility during their breaks.
Wasp nest in door of building entire time there.
Security cameras are only on the main drives and lacks cameras in or between the buildings.
Rent increased within the first 6 months of being there.
I paid for a 10x15, but when measured at move out the unit was actually closer to 10x13. Which is why my new unit at another facility felt bigger.
Required to pay insurance on unit which is an additional $14 a month on top of the rental agreement. This only covers $2000 in damages.
My advice is shop around, make some calls to all the facilities in the area especially if you are looking for long term storage. I found a better rate not too far from this location that met my needs. Overall this is just a storage facility and it did the job.

Based on our somewhat limited interactions with Deb in the office since we've only had our unit for about a week. Even though it's a short amount of time and only time can truly convey a customer's overall experience. I will say that compared to other places whom I will not name, I will say that it seems to me that this company truly cares about their customers and their needs pertaining to storage of things. Deb was informative and extremely helpful not to mention friendly and welcoming. Again it's only been like maybe a week since we rented our unit, but the experience we have had with Devon just seems to be different than what have experienced with other facilities in the past. Keep up the great work!
P.S. - I will edit my review accordily after more time has gone by so that i am more effectively able to convey my experiences with Deb and the company as a whole.

The staff is so kind here and the property feels very secure and peaceful. The area is free from heavy traffic with great access and is easy to navigate in and out of with a large vehicle. We looked at multiple storage spaces and feel happy and safe with our things here.

Debbie at Devon Storage is the BEST. You tell her what price range you’re looking for and how much stuff you need to store and she figures out the best deal for you. Super easy, straight forward, and hospitable. I am not one to usually write reviews but Debbie deserves a great shoutout ? Thank you so much!
Aside from that, the property is very clean, quiet and storage units do NOT stink (like public storage units). Fantastic view of the mountain in beautiful North Bend.
