The worst service and racist staff. Experienced exactly the same discrimination as what Akhilesh reviewed three months ago. Apparently he is targeting Asians. Will never visit again

The store manager (with the ponytail) is one of the worst kind you can come across. I took 3 shoes to the counter to pay, he threw tantrums about me and my partner making a mess in his store by exchanging boxes, when we had only taken them out of the boxes they were already in. When we confronted him about being rude, he said if he actually gets rude, he’d start calling us names. Won’t be returning to an establishment that employs such people who go out of their way to pick a fight with their customers.

Good selection for an outlet store with frequent sales. I love the quality of Clarks shoes and the customer service at this store is top notch. On my last visit the store employee took the time to call 3 stores (in different states) to find and order the exact shoe/style I was lookingand have them shipped directly to me.
