Zack M was fast and arrived right on time when he said he would. He was very friendly and saved the day and saved me a headache. Car troubles are never any fun to deal with but it's nice to know I have Zack and Clark's on my side.

Excellent on all counts. I needed a car towed from North Bend to Tacoma. I called around and these guys quoted me the best price and the least amount of corporate b.s. They showed up within 30 mins and were friendly, professional, and efficient. Would use them again without hesitation.

Nobody else would answer my calls even though they say 24 hours. But that was lucky for me! The service was second to none, the price very good and the professionalism and concern were much appreciated. I will definitely call Clark's first from now on.

We ran a crunch for getting towed after a breakdown. Our roadside assistance program could not line up a tow vehicle I called Clark's Towing and they were able to come out and take care of us within 20 minutes.

My Ford truck broke down in Issaquah which is about 2 hours from home. I called my insurance company and they suggested Clark's. I called and spoke with Maddie for a tow. While waiting I called the local Ford dealership and was told it would be 3 weeks before they could look at my truck. I called Maddie back and she saved the day by suggesting another option. She even sent me bus information in case I needed transportation back to the island. Outstanding customer service!!Service: Car towing

My Husband and my truck was stolen. Clarks towing was called to tow and impound it. Maddie, the office girl was beyond amazing! She was friendly, kind, good at communicating and extremely professional. When I arrived, she was very busy. I still felt like I was her priority.When the truck arrived to my home. Cory was the driver. He was great! He even backed the truck into the parking spot for me. It’s a huge truck, so i struggle with parking it. I didn’t even ask or hint. He just offered!I highly recommend Clark’s towing. And I am so thankful they were the ones who were called to tow our truck! It is very rare to find that quality of customer service. I sat alongside the highway for 18 hours waiting for my insurance company to find me a tow. I ended up calling Clark's towing and they showed up in 40 minutes. Aaron was very professional and quick about getting my vehicles home. There is nothing better than taking a bad situation like being stuck on the side of the highway in a large vehicle at night and having an angel like Zach to save the day. Incredibly quick (even at 3 AM), beyond helpful and friendly. Hands down a one of the best tows I’ve had in my life. Would highly recommend using Clark’s - thank you Zach!!

Maddie at the office was very friendly and polite with my situation as she contacted the nearest wrecker to get me towed to the nearest place to service my car. The gentleman who picked me up was quick and professional in getting my car towed safely with a great attitude for the situation I was in.
