The pharmacy is the worst! I waited for at least ten minutes to drop off a prescription. I wasn’t acknowledged by a single employee despite them knowing I was standing there. I had to finally say something in order for them to assist me. I would not suggest going to this pharmacy.

Yes, our Bartell went through a huge change and it was hard on everyone - workers and customers. Shoot, I almost switched to Safeway! However I was NEVER treated unprofessionally or unkind. Yes, I had to wait at times, yes sometimes it wasn’t filled on time but they aren’t just standing around they always are working like busy bees back there. I think if you put yourself on their spot and try to imagine what it takes to run that place. Or at least be kind. AND one is always free to switch pharmacies also ;)

Every time I go to pick up a prescription all the workers inside the pharmacy completely ignore me. I have to wait more then 10 minutes when no one is line but myself to even be acknowledged by any of them. 4-5 staff members on shift. All walking by not even having the decency to say “hello or that I’ll be with you in a moment”. Just acting as if the customers are invisible. Completely unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere. This is why people don’t support certain local stores.

The pharmacy team is always kind, helpful, and courteous. Happy to have Bartell as our go to pharmacy. the store is clean and organized. the checkout crew also provides great customer service

Based on the other reviews I’ve read and my own personal experience my advice is simple: never use the drive-through. They simply ignore you for at least 10 or so minutes even though nothing else is going on inside. After 15 minutes of being second in line, I turned my car around and went inside and was helped immediately.

Please don't use this location for your prescriptions!!!!! They are the worst and even though they say they are not closing there distribution center is not sending ADHD meds to them. Second month in a row that my son's prescription can't be filled because their "distributor hasn't filled the request". Other Bartells, Rite Aids (same company now), and Safeway are getting it. Per Bartells all of these stores get from same distributor. Now I'm stuck peddling my sons class 3 drug prescription to all of the other pharmacies.

The girl helping me at the drive-thru was very rude. I came through the drive-thru 2 hours after my prescription had been sent in and they told me to wait another 25 minutes and when I asked why it wasn't ready she told me I don't know what to tell you. We're short staffed.. I saw three people inside working just in the pharmacy.. My kid has strep and you're telling me to drive around for another 30 minutes and wait when you could have filled the prescription a long time ago.... How hard is it to put a few pills in a bottle and hand it to me... This girl had glasses and dark brown hair

Second time today in drive through. 10+ minutes at window before acknowledged. First time not ready. second time ignored and not acknowleged even though 3 different employees looked over and saw me at window. A simple "we will be right with you" would have been so much better.

Worst experience (with pharmacy)every time. They Literally don't care if you're a customer or not, and make sure you feel like a burden. Don't bother calling in ahead bc they won't even start the prescription until you're in the store, and tell you to come back. Everyone I know in North Bend who has gone through the same experience has moved to QFC down the road. WAY BETTER!!!

I've enjoyed this Bartell Drugs facility for over 5 years. It's well-stocked with a variety of necessary and local products; it's clean and well-kept; and both staff and pharmacy are consistently friendly, responsive, and professional despite the challenges of the pandemic years. I feel I can rely on this store to be considerate of its community by providing excellent, personalized service.

Only one bathroom waited over 10 minutes to get a key from the front desk then I left without using the restroom to wash a ice cream stain on my shirt...I will never return to this location again...
