Stopped here to ask for change. Was told "no" since I don't have an account. With that kind of "service" I would NEVER consider BOA for any future needs. How pathetic.

Complete imbeciles. Zero stars if I could give that. Not only do they have one idiot teller working on Fridays, creating inconvenience/wait over 15 minutes for customers with really easy transactions, the other employees have mastered the art of just sitting around pretending they don’t see you and are busy. The only smart/friendly employee is the guard they employ outside.

How is anyone who works a 9-5 supposed to bank with this branch with their hours? They are now closed Saturdays and they changed their weekday hours to close at 4 PM. I left work early to get here before they closed, without realizing they reduced their hours yet again.

My wife tried for over one hour to Transfer from our account to another account. Both are in the the North Bend branch. Now she is driving from Cle Elum to North Bend to withdraw the Money's I've tried for years to get her to close the account maybe she'll do it now. Unbelievable poor service, members for over 50 years time for a change.

I went in to deposit a check that was to large to do online. There was only one teller and the guy in front of me brings in a box of change. It was in an Amazon box and it was loose change. He said he didn’t have any coin wrappers. The teller proceeds to pull the change out start and counting it out and started rolling it for him. Really! Have him go to a table and roll his own. It was a ridiculous amount of time taken while I was standing in line. I finally left. My next move is to close my account I can’t believe that kind of customer service.

I was having issues with a credit card being declined and after dealing with BOAs corporate customer service line for 40 minutes, I was told I had to go into a physical branch to be authenticated. Being as frustrated as possible and having to drive more than an hour out of my way, Daniel and this branch made it as easy as possible to get things fixed. He was extremely personable and professional and could have done nothing more to make my day better. Give this man a raise, he is the reason I will continue to be a customer.

They run this branch as if they hate us.I have had an account there for over 30 years, and in the last five the quality of service has gone down. For starters, they occasionally shut down the branch several hours earlier than posted on the door. No reason given. Just, shutting it down on a Friday. I guess those workers who still get a pay check to cash out can go kick rocks. Their answer: "You can deposit it in the ATM" which is a cop-out.Another reason the service has become horrible is the teller service. Whenever they get a competent bank-teller they ship them elsewhere, and replace them with a trainee. I understand that trainees make mistakes and are slow, but when there is always a trainee at the local branch, the mistakes become frequent and the service is slow. This branch is a training ground for trainees and the local customers must suffer for it.Finally, the long wait times. They will have six or more people waiting for service and have one teller working. The insult is when you see the person sitting in the desk in the back corner. Also, they occasionally send the person through the line with a tablet, but a lot of the peak hours most people want to cash checks. It never occurs to them to open a new spot at the counter. Again, this is where they will tell you to use the ATM, but the ATM doesn't handle every transaction. The poor quality of service and the lack of empathy really makes this branch the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I would give the North Bend branch zero stars if I could. They are nothing like they used to be, and they are giving us the finger while they are failing in customer service.

I would give them negative stars if I could. Worst branch I've ever had to deal with. If you are trying to buy a house I would use any other bank then BofA and definitely do not use this branch. We had our escrow confirmed 3.18 and had to rush out to wire funds for a Monday closing. My mom showed up to this branch and was told that the banker was busy until closing with a customer. She waited as she was the only other one in the customer service waiting area, hoping she would wrap up a little early. The banker finished her appointment early and skipped over my mom and took people out of the teller line instead. Then had the audacity to tell my mom that she didn't want her to leave angry but wouldn't do the wire. They let her stay after closing to pull her money out of her account though... absolutely absurd. Your bank should not be a barrier to you closing on a house.

Closed on Saturdays?! Who on earth was d*** enough to sign off on that. The manager should be fired. This is outrageous. I’m definitely closing my account at this worthless banking institution. And if your never open when I’m not working, that makes you completely worthless to me.
