Wow. What a rude guy that I had to deal with. I'm disabled and walk with a cane. I had a store ad in my other hand and I put it on top of some shipping boxes for a few seconds while I looked at the hot dog ingredients. It is hard to hold them and an ad when you also have a cane. The guy putting stuff away got mad at me for putting the as there. He was like.. really? Your going to put that there? And so forth . He didn't apologize when I told them he was being rude either. I told the manager and he said.. "are you sure it was our employee?". I called qfc customer service. And they said . "They will take what I said on consideration". Well. I'm considering never shopping at any Kroger store again. I can't believe they treat disabled people this way.

My partner and I had difficulties with our payment method, and we asked Isaiah to keep our groceries and he did just that not for 10 minutes but almost an hour thank you for exemplary performance! I would've hated to have to go to the store to find our selected items again it took so long time that we can't afford to lose thank you

Dear Manager,You are lucky you still have a job because you have not had your freezers at a cold enough temperature this entire summer.I have complained numerous times and been food poisoned by the cordon bleu which I don't even attempt to eat anymore, but still condensation can be seen on every glass door in every aisle that has frozen food. Everything is thawed and it is your fault. You should resign in shame before you cause any more food poisoning to any more patrons. You are terrible at your job and negligent and you clearly don't care about anyone's safety. In short- you belong in Seattle.

They charge for cash back. They need to nickel and dime their customers...I'll stay with Safeway.

When staff make insensitive remarks about the products I purchase, which is my business, it makes me feel very uneasy. Comments such as these are unacceptable. This kind of attention isn't something anyone wants to experience. No, thank you!

!!! PLEASE RE-EVALUATE WHO YOU HIRE, moving forward!!! My friends and I have been coming here, ever since high school, it was the most convenient when I lived in the area. From emergency Red Bulls before class, to getting cupcakes for a birthday party, and now, grocery shopping for the family. We've been loyal customers. Prices are very reasonable, but their service, needs room for improvement. You'll be helped by their employees who are older adults that'll "greet" you with scolding, disapproved glares, or young daydreaming high school students who can't wait to clock off and leave. The visits lately have not been so pleasant. During Covid, anti-Asian comments were being passive aggressively thrown around during a visit, from a customer AND a clerk. Another time, a clerk clenched onto a couple Moët bottles I was purchasing, like her life depended on it, while waiting for my card to clear before allowing it to be within arms reach (lady, it's Moët, chill. It's not that expensive. I'm not doing a beer/alcohol run. Do people still do those?!). Last time I swung by to buy a bouquet of flowers before seeing my parents, an employee followed me like a SHADOW- from me entering the double doors, all the way to the self check out. Maybe it's just the mentality of this retirement city, considering it's mini Florida. I don't know. Today, was the final straw. The register clerk, Jennifer, was kind and friendly, to the customers IN FRONT, BUT once my cousin was being helped, she asked if she'll be paying with food stamps on today's visit, followed by the biggest stare down of the century. (Also, why ask that? Aren't EBT transactions used, with a card?) Now mind you, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with families feeding their loved ones with a little assistance when necessary; food in the belly is the goal, right? But, making an assumption, based on a 5 second encounter, seemed very prejudice, beyond words. And also very disheartening to one's pride when she's worked hard for everything she has, which includes the money she'll be using to put food on the table for her family. We're here to buy groceries, nothing more nothing less. Like every mother in life has taught us, (obviously not Jennifer's mother), "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. You're better off driving an extra couple miles down and support other grocery stores. Or at least do self check out, because some of these folks do not have any sense or manners.

Is anyone else as fed up with this store as I am! Your shelves are always practically bear they advertise things on sale and never have them in stock. They're out of stock on so many things that are common purchases all the time I don't know why anybody even goes here anymore just close the store and no one can go to Fred Meyer's in Burien which for some reason it's fully stocked but this QFC can't be.. your shelves are always practically beer they advertise things on sale and never have them in stock. They pretend to have COVID 19 restrictions but no enforcement. I'll stick to Trader Joe's and Costco. My daughter went to to the store and stood in line for several minutes. She had 4 products. A man with no mask came to her and said I have one item I'm going ahead of you. She said no but then he cuts in front of her and the other five people waiting in line. The checker said nothing.

I have enjoyed shopping at this small-town, neighborhood store since the 1980's! Everyone is so very nice and I always see folks I know when I am there shopping. Thank You QFC employees and management for all you do for our communities!

Grocery shopping here with my nephew, who is half-black. Two strange men were following us around the entire time. I alerted management here that we felt uncomfortable being followed and was informed that they have hired undercover security from a different company to try and catch shoplifters. The two strange men who were following us were undercover security. I feel as though they singled us out because my nephew is half-black. Completely racist. I expressed my concerns about this to management and they were Unapologetic. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one star is because the cashier and the person begging our groceries were very friendly and also walked us to our car to put the groceries in for us. Very snooty and snobby management here. Zero stars for the management

Recently started visiting QFP when Safeway didn't have organic vanilla soy milk (I had gone to Safeway hundreds of times). What I discovered was that QFP had similar prices and better assortment of organic veggies etc. QFP seems to be a busier store but has shorter checkout lines. Yes the checkout folks at QFP are warm, answer questions, making the shopping a rather more pleasant experience. BIG bonus. I left my phone in the cart & didn't discover until I thoroughly searched the car at home. I called & Felicia said my phone is locked in their safe! Upon getting back there, Cortney and Felicia had me ID the phone & then refused any reward. Imagine how that kicked my opinion of that store from 'very good' to fantastic! I do like this store.

My wife and I are housebound due to the ice and snow. We tried to use instacart to order our groceries. but they cant deliver, no drivers available. My wife talked to our QFC and explained our situation. The lady said sorry they dont deliver. About two minutes later we received a call from Jennifer the store manager. She took our order for 22 items and soon delivered them to our home.Extraordinary service! George and Inge
