My back hurts a lot now and washing my dog has been very hard. I walked over to Soggy Doggy for treats and found out they wash dogs other than just selling doggy treats/ food and I booked an appointment. Our dog loved her bath time! As you can tell with the pictures attached, she is 100% one satisfied happy fur customer. We had Kayla and she did amazing! When I got my dog she was the happiest pup in the world and smelt so good! We can't wait to see Kayla soon! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my fur baby!

Holy cow, I love this place! Today was our first time here, and everybody was super nice and helpful! We washed our massive dog, had his nails trimmed, and his anal glands expressed, all things he does not love, but it is SO MUCH EASIER WITH HELP! My only regret is that I forgot to leave a tip! Don't worry, Soggy Doggy staff, I will definitely get you next time! You absolutely deserve BIG TIPS!

This place is so awesome. I'm happy to have found a place for you to bathe, groom, and trim your dog. Rachel and the rest of the crew are super nice and helpful. We got lots of help and tips on how to groom our dog for the first time. They did a fantastic job at clipping our dog's nails. We are looking forward to our next visit.

I met Sarah, Kaila, and Rachel. These girls were rock stars. I needed help with my feisty yorkie whose nails needed trimming and hair clipped around the face and ears. I warned them he will bite and he is not friendly. They looked at me with confidence and assured me they can help. And they did. They did not give up on him. My dog made me look like I was being an over dramatic dog owner. From chatting with them they are dog lovers and great animal caregivers. I would highly recommend them and I will be a returning customer!

Now I see how employees can totally affect a business. After the unfriendly attitude of the employee. I will not return to this location.

I’ve been bringing my pup here for bath and brush grooming for almost 2 years now. My pup has always been a nervous mess but Kayla always made him feel better, calmer and loved. She’s amazing and my pup loves her. She’s so sweet and knows how to handle him well. My long haired dachshund hated getting brushed but after coming here, he now lets me brush him more often without being feisty. Thanks Kayla!I would absolutely recommend this place.

Horrible customer service.I try giving a place at least a couple of times before I form a full opinion and this was it for me.I'm not going to waste my time and energy specifying what happened. All I will say is that I have been a customer of Soggy Doggy for over three years now, and the Kent, and Federal Way locations are a million times better in customer service. They're always genuinly kind, open and friendly. Staff at this location were condescending, and standoffish only to switch it at the register for the tip. How convenient!I DO NOT reccoment coming here unless management trains folks or hires new staff. Two times, the same staff (one young white woman and an older brown woman, with curly black hair)³.

We are so happy with our new groomer Sarah, we had been paying for services at another groomer and we were not getting good results. One time at Soggy Doggy and our dogs is not shedding, his coat is so shiny and his teeth are already looking better. Thank you, Thank you!! We recommend this place for your pets.

worst! terrible in communication to their customer to reschedule they ask for a half money down payment on the day of your appointment they turn you away because you did not bring your document. They won't give back your down payment even though they are the one who refuse the service. they made us waste our time and gas to bring our pets to them. Why can't they just tell us we are charging $100.00 for not giving enough time to cancel appointment. Why have me reschedule and collect money? WHY did you not tell me I need to bring proper document? We didn't have any issue with your service before so why now? can you predict if you have an emergency?

Absolute lifesaver. I adopted a dog today and on my way back to the airport he threw up all over the place. I had plans to go to the ale House but didn't want to take a pukie pop. As I'm driving there low and behold, right across the street is the soggy doggy. They were super they were super nice. I mean incredibly nice I was pretty frazzled. I highly highly highly recommend. I did not get the name of the gal with the curly hair but whoever you are, you were my angel today! Thank you so very much!

Our 2 dogs are so dramatic about grooming that our vet can't get them to sit still long enough to trim their nails. The team at Soggy Doggy, however, have such a calm and friendly demeanor that they are easily able to cut their nails. What's even better, they do a closer trim than anyone else has ever been able to do, so our little critters are subjected to their "torturous" grooming a little less frequently. I'm now a loyal customer!

I had 2 dogs nails trimmed today. The employees were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend the Soggy Doggy. Very affordable too. I will get my dogs nails trimmed more often now that I can take her there.

I have taken my dog for self-service wash several times and have had the opportunity to use their grooming services. The facilities are always clean and have all the necessary supplies available. I highly recommend this location.

It’s a drive for us but Visited SD for the second time today since the girls that were here our first time provided such great customer service and were able to trim our American staffys nails. Today there were different employees. Emma was amazing and so patient with our Pitty she understood his anxiousness and had him take breaks in between clippings when it came to his two front paws he was extremely wiggly. She asked for help from another associate named Rachel the girl came and tried to hold his back waist. Emma asked her to hold him in the front and reassured her he doesn’t bite he’s just very strong and wiggly. Rachel didn’t even put forth any effort to assist or provide service. She had the nerve to say “you need to come back during the week (like I live around the corner) when someone else is here he’s too strong and walked away” Not often do I keep my composure but did today to prevent my pup from becoming more anxious. Emma and I had to tag team to get 70% of it done. I still paid full price tipped Emma for the effort and patience she demonstrated. Being someone who is currently in the pet care business and had 6 years past experience working with animals I was appalled my RACHELS work ethic and attitude. I would never treat a customer/co worker the way she did. Why hire someone who clearly doesn’t seem to care about a pet in need / doesn’t seem to have experience in handing dogs and has a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. I will be back there for sure for the other employees but RACHEL you will fail in this industry if you keep up that attitude and lack service. I’ll be calling the manager as well letting them know how Amazing EMMA was. :)
