I took my dog, Luca, to Soggy Doggy for a bath recently. When I picked her up I was in awe over how good she looked. I could never have gotten her looking so good. Her groomer, Sarah, is an amazing, smart, helpful, friendly, caring young lady. She is the reason I will increase my dogs grooming sessions l. I can't wait to try out the water treadmill!!

The structure of the place inside is amazing! Parking is awesome!! However, the 2 starts unfortunately comes from the employees; I do not recommend anyone to go to Soggy Doggy due to huge lack of customer service. The service was extremely poor, especially from the supposed manager, an older woman with black curly hair and glasses, with a weird tone of voice and body language. My very first visit she was arrogant and disrespectful from the start, repeatedly questioning if the scissors I brought were mine, even though I was a new customer and brought my own things because I didn't know what was available in the store, made me feel super uncomfortable. On the second visit, I arrived 3 minutes after 5:30, and she argued until 5:35 when the store closed at 6, and she was not open to accommodate or try to give me other options despite still having time, prioritizing her leaving work over serving a customer and closing a sale. It made me feel very frustrated as a local small business owner myself. From her behavior and that of another employee, it is evident that Soggy Doggy lacks customer service and respect for customers. I recommend to the owner or person in charge to fire this person and train a more professional and friendly team, as this is hurting your business and today you lost money. Thanks!

My back hurts a lot now and washing my dog has been very hard. I walked over to Soggy Doggy for treats and found out they wash dogs other than just selling doggy treats/ food and I booked an appointment. Our dog loved her bath time! As you can tell with the pictures attached, she is 100% one satisfied happy fur customer. We had Kayla and she did amazing! When I got my dog she was the happiest pup in the world and smelt so good! We can't wait to see Kayla soon! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my fur baby!

Holy cow, I love this place! Today was our first time here, and everybody was super nice and helpful! We washed our massive dog, had his nails trimmed, and his anal glands expressed, all things he does not love, but it is SO MUCH EASIER WITH HELP! My only regret is that I forgot to leave a tip! Don't worry, Soggy Doggy staff, I will definitely get you next time! You absolutely deserve BIG TIPS!

We’ve been a doggy doggy fan for over 15 years! Loved them in Kent when we lived there and love them in Des Moines and then Normandy Park!!

First off, I must make it clear that the guy who was working tonight was awesome! I explained how I have never done anything like cut dogs hair before and he was very helpful. He is the reason for 2 stars. He was great. Now the girl who came in a bit after I was there was the complete opposite. It took about 4 mins for her to start whispering about how bad I was at trimming my doggo. I don't even want to repeat the disrespectful comments she said. I ignored it like an adult should but then it got worse because I was not aware it was 6:03. Apparently her getting off work is more important then collecting payments and any form of customer service period. She was using a tone of voice that grandma would have back handed her for. These kids have zero respect for not only older folk but I guess for their employer also. I mean to demand I leave and not take any form of payment idk I don't see that business plan being very successful. Hopefully their is someone there that will see this and either correctly explain what customer service is or do themselves a real favor and let that kind of employee go. I promise she isn't going to be making you any money if she treats people like this every day. The place is a great place tho. The experience was great in the beginning. The guy went above and beyond bringing out a book to help me learn and everything. I am handicapped and have never felt so pressured in my life as a customer in a business as she made me feel today. I hope she can treat people with more class in there future or she isn't going to get very far.

Great place to self wash your dogs. They supply all the soap and clean up the mess after you!

This place is so awesome. I'm happy to have found a place for you to bathe, groom, and trim your dog. Rachel and the rest of the crew are super nice and helpful. We got lots of help and tips on how to groom our dog for the first time. They did a fantastic job at clipping our dog's nails. We are looking forward to our next visit.

I met Sarah, Kaila, and Rachel. These girls were rock stars. I needed help with my feisty yorkie whose nails needed trimming and hair clipped around the face and ears. I warned them he will bite and he is not friendly. They looked at me with confidence and assured me they can help. And they did. They did not give up on him. My dog made me look like I was being an over dramatic dog owner. From chatting with them they are dog lovers and great animal caregivers. I would highly recommend them and I will be a returning customer!

Now I see how employees can totally affect a business. After the unfriendly attitude of the employee. I will not return to this location.
