Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to pivot and make some last minute adjustments to the original shipment but everyone at Craters & Freighters were so kind and helpful making the transition very easy for us. Probably someone needs to tell him that he looks ridiculous. “Been a customer the past 2 years. Excellent service as a mailbox holder and also mailing out. Now that our West Seattle full-service UPS shop has closed, I wish this business would assume that role, but so far it’s a drop-off for UPS outgoing only if you have a fully prepared label you’ve done online. The staff are sooooo warm and courteous. This is a small local business trying really hard to provide great service! The negative notary reviews should be taken with a grain of salt because that is a technical process with complex rules subject to the notary’s interpretation, so they don’t lose their license. Also, it’s a lengthier service compared to shipping & receiving, so you might be asked to wait while the line of other customers is cleared. Lastly, I believe there’s only one notary in this shop, vs 2-3 others who don’t have that authority. And he might be on a break.”

“I went to FedEX in Kent Station, although I was planning to go to a different one who had helped me with weird problems in the past. I didn't catch the women's names. one was a pleasant women with brown greying hair, a nice smile. I had had this horrible problem returning my Sketcher to Amazon. I never had problems with returns. But I had 7 or 8 copies of approvals that supposedly had return label on them . Except the space was blank. After calling Amazon directly I finally got a label. When I downloaded it to my drive. I took off for FedEX. Seems that I can't email this label. I could email everything else in my drive. The very kind woman worked with me for at least 20 minutes. She said maybe she could "direct" something. She was having trouble when this younger (of course) woman stepped in. Took her a while to get it done. And voila! I was done! It was sneakers from Great Britain that had at least eight pages of shipping label! These two saved my life! You can imagine an little old lady trying to fix this. And I don't have the money to just keep them. Thank you. Thank you!Joyce”

“Paul has great customer service skills he is a jolly fellow. The space could be tight to get in. The parking is limited for larger rig best bet would be on the street at the shipper and receiving rear side of the builing. Please note it's a $$ 250 fine for parking in Auburn street, night time it's fine cause the parking enforcement are sleeping. There's a truck stop near by 6 miles south on 167 which charges 25/day for parking, there's also a fuel stop at hwy 18 (76 fuel stop) ; only fuel no parking. Plenty of food nearby walking distance 1 mile and a small local casino, banks, Lowe's etc..”

It was a very large body pillow that came vacuum packed & when I opened it & decided i wanted to return it I knew I couldn’t get it in the packaging it was sent to me in. So when I got to the Normandy Park UPS store they both tried & tried to get this pillow to fit in a bag & then a box. Tried to vacuum pack it into the bag again with their vacuum & we got it figured out.
