One of the best stores I’ve been too in a long time. This review though is to recognize Amber, one of the reps that works normally in the evening. As an Instacart shopper and the times I am there doing a batch, she knows how to problem solve and she is helpful and she takes action right away helping every customer. She either deserves a raise or she needs to be promoted into a lead or even a manager! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves and I hope this helps!!

They have what I needed and wanted whereas other stores were out of what I wanted. Parking was an issue The parking lot is crazy and people were parking in the pickup spot when they weren't picking up stuff. Other than that I was happy to get what I needed for the 4th of July.

The self checkout employees are always friendly and helpful. The deli is awful… how dare I ask for sliced meat at the deli. They act like it’s a huge inconvenience to slice meat.. AT THE DELI.

Had run in with Leann the manager. I think that's how it's spelled??? EARLIER TODAY. But anyway just casually tried to talk to her in store. Was treated like I wasn't there??? And when she did talk to me. One word RUDE. SHE WAS BERATING ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. TO BUSY FOR ME. I THINK SOMEONE NEEDS SO RETRAINING. STARTING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. OR MAYBE RELOCATED??? VERY DISAPPOINTED QFC CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP HERE.
