“My back hurts a lot now and washing my dog has been very hard. I walked over to Soggy Doggy for treats and found out they wash dogs other than just selling doggy treats/ food and I booked an appointment. Our dog loved her bath time! As you can tell with the pictures attached, she is 100% one satisfied happy fur customer. We had Kayla and she did amazing! When I got my dog she was the happiest pup in the world and smelt so good! We can't wait to see Kayla soon! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my fur baby!”

“My 8 year old dog, at the time, was experiencing vomiting after almost every meal. I struggled to keep weight on her, she was lethargic and I couldn't control the vomiting. She had been on kibble her whole life and after several different trial and errors, I was recommended Natural Pet Pantry. We started with the lightly cooked stew and slowly graduated to the raw food. Since switching (about 2 and a half years ago) my dog has only thrown up once or twice, compared to the almost daily bouts before. Her weight is amazing and she has so much more energy! We now regularly purchase the beef, duck or chicken raw food as well as the raw goats milk. I've personally spoke with the owner Jeff on several occasions and the passion he has for making quality food options for our pets is so evident. You can truly tell he cares about the food, the process, his team, his customers and most importantly our pets. Do your pet a favor and make the switch. You won't regret it. Thank you NPP team for extending my dogs life, I truly believe it's due to you that we'll get a few more great years with her.”

“Full service pet and barnyard animal supply, hay and feed care and grooming. I hate to say you name it but it's almost true, I just picked up a couple of bales hay this trip. Prettiest turkies I've ever seen. Helpful, friendly, family feel, farm and supply. I don't think they have any competition to speak of but they don't act like it at all.”

“This was the best experience I've ever had at a dog groomer! The ladies were all so nice and welcoming and made my "scaredy cat" dog feel comfortable. They did an amazing job with her haircut and asked exactly what I wanted (how much off the ears, body, etc) and executed it perfectly. I would highly recommend this place!!! They also had things very clean and organized in the store. I will be back!”

“This independent nursery is a gem. The quality of plants is very high; especially compared to the big box stores. The plants are healthy, native to our area; and appropriate for urban gardens [i.e. growth size]. We also love the thoughtful curation of pots and other accessories that compliment the plants; to help you design a beautiful garden.”

“We all love our new doggyride novel bike trailer. We use it for two dogs, a miniature and a standard schnauzer. It's very stable, well-made, runs smoothly, lots of venting which the doggies love. They adapted very easily too! We attached a britch rack to our turis ebike and works great. Thanks for a great product that allows us to bike with our furry pals. The photo shows our miniature in the trailer, but both dogs fit fine together. They are 14 pounds and 35 pounds.”

“These folks are super helpful and just really nice. I have a fussy cat who's picky on food so I had to come back twice to return food he didn't like and staff were really nice about the exchanges and offered us treats and samples for our cats to try. Will definitely continue to come back.”

“Eric and the rest of the staff are rock stars. I have three picky cats and A Dog's Dream always has good products and good advice, which I need since my kitties tend to snub most things, including food they used to love. Not the cheapest but a great neighborhood store. Be sure to greet Bill the cat and the chickens out back.”

“Took my Shiba to get her nails trimmed with a bit of anxiety knowing she may not tolerate it very well. Being new to the area, we are very glad we brought her to get her services done here! Julia was very attentive and eager to give it a try knowing it may be a challenge. She was able to get all of her nails trimmed on the first try on her own, and was so sweet with her! She was able to place a soft muzzle on her fairly quickly and completed the task with ease. It's very clear she understands dogs really well and was very attentive to both the owners and the dogs anxieties. Not many places are willing to tend to reactive Shibas but Julia was the first person to give my pup a chance. She was amazing in every way and we are so thankful!”

“Pet Pros is awesome! Staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and excited to help. I am the new parent of an adult cat and was totally lost on appropriate food and feeding schedules. Over two visits to the store, staff took the time to learn the details of my new kitty and make recommendations based on kitty's needs, my needs, and cost. Happy to say that I'll be restocking my cat's food from this store over and over (and maybe trying some new treats along the way). Truly an above and beyond business!”

“Close to a year ago I was having work done at my house and the crew took to my dog. The main tech asked me if I've been here. I told him I had never heard of the place. He was excited and told me it's the best place to get bones for your dog. Since I frequent butchers for jerky and peperoni, I always ask them for pet items. 9/10 I get a femur bone. Pig ears tend to be cheaper at Costco and fresh pet food is just too much at $5 a pound for scrap that normally got thrown out. I can buy a cheap chub of ground beef, chicken or turkey for half that and brown it for my girl as a treat. This place had bones in many sizes, knuckles, and other random pieces I've never seen from ducks, chickens and other animals. Truth be told, I questioned if some of it was safe as the chicken feet still had talons on it, but the guy said it was. I grabbed a couple medium size bones; they were $6 each. Not nearly as cheap as I expected. At the butcher I get 3 bones that size for the same price as two here, or should I say one large bone that I have them cut into 3 pieces. That said, their bones did look well roasted, and the places had a smokey aroma, and there also appeared to be a lot of marrow in the bones. The place comes off as dark and dank, it didn't even look open from the outside. Some LED lighting and pictures of dogs enjoying the product could really infuse some life into the interior. With a single product line, you won't be Mud Bay, but you could surely compete on that level. As several others have noted in their reviews. The guy could not have been nicer. Very personable and actually stopped me on the way out the door and gave me a couple pieces of jerky. I had seen them for like $2 or $3, but again, thought the price was too much. That made me feel like my time and purchase was worth stopping and even though, I wouldn't expect that same courtesy next time I came, I appreciate the effort. I'm on the fence here. Nice people, great inventory, but the pricing just doesn't feel reasonable, if you specialize in something and have volume, I would expect your pricing to be more competitive. Then again there was a Pop Shop in Lynnwood that claimed to have the largest inventory of bottled soda in the Northwest. I drove up and at $4 a bottle, a fair amount of their inventory was available at Safeway and Bevmo for as little as $1 at Safeway and $2.50 at Bevmo. Granted, neither Bevmo or Safeway had 15 brang choices for grape soda, but even 3 choices is plenty in my book. The guy lost it when I called it out in my review, and I found out why when the place went out of business a couple months later. Costco has the blueprint. They make very little on what they sell, but they sell so much it all ads up. How many times have you gone there expecting to spend less than a hundred dollars and end up spending closer to $1000. If you are going to make $100,000 a year, it's better you make it off 1 million customers than 100,000, because you ow have a 10x customer based who will recommend and expand your business. When your product is top shelf and your price is competitive, it's the cheapest form or marketing, because you don't have to spend a dime. Just my take, if it were my business, I would not want anyone getting a better price on something I specialize in. I say check them out. Up to you if you decide to return. My experience was truly 3 star overall, but again the people were so nice, I have to call it "Good".”

“This place is honestly amazing. While pricey (understandable birds are expensive) we truly had the best time and they helped us get our beautiful green cheek baby. Lisa is clearly very knowledgeable and explained to us what we need to do to prevent bad things happening. I did not plan to spend my whole paycheck here but I definitely will come again ❤️”

“We moved back to the area and were excited to take Kali back to Puppy Village for grooming! Once again, they were so kind and Kali wasn't anxious when I picked her up. The grooming was perfect and she looked so cute. They really know how to cut her hair perfectly! Would definitely recommend coming here.”

“We were nearby as my boyfriend wanted to stop by the new Daiso location to get some towels for our fur babies. We decided to go in Mud Bay as the kids have been in the car for a bit so we wanted to get them a treat or toy. When we entered, we were greeted kindly by the staff. Each staff member were super helpful with all our questions, assisting us on weighing our fur babies, and providing genuine customer service. They gave our fur babies many treats and pets, which is always nice for our social dogs. After our purchase finished, they gave us a cute card thanking us for shopping and a $5 coupon to use next time. Definitely coming back to support such a sweet business!”

“I use to live up the hill from here and would come here for all my fish. Everytime I tried PetSmart their fish would die quickly. I had a 30 gallon tank and we got so many fish here. We ended up having alot of guppie baby fish and for about 3 months I was donating the babies to them. We had so many fish and not a big enough tank. We bought plants here too. Very nice and helpful staff!”
