*Bad Experience, Unprofessional Customer Services, Unauthorized Credit card charges**Total cost for 2 hours day care: $1,300*Staffs were friendly, especially Karla, the director, when we registered for our baby in the 1-2 years old toddler class. We signed a ONE TIME AUTHORIZATION FOR CREDIT CARD CHARGE of $700.00 for the deposit. On day 1, we put our baby for 2 hours, literally only 2 hours, so she can get used to it and there is an incident! According to their incident report, she fell down on the plastic door step when they were getting back from outside. Her face has a huge dark bruise which takes over 2 weeks to disappear, and there is no a normal fallen can cause her face like that. We receive no explanation, no follow up call, nothing. Obviously, they do not care as much as we do.We decided to cancel our class. We called and their staff, Samantha, told us we would lose our $700.00 deposit. Yes, we agreed on that. Later on, My wife came to pick up our daughter’s stuff and they all gave her a cold look.1 week later, Kreative Kid unauthorizedly charged us another $600.00 without a single notice or explanation about the charge. I did not authorize them to charge at all, if there is something in the contract states that we need to pay extra, they definitely can call us and we will pay. Unacceptable service!Total cost for 2 hours day care: $1,300.

We transferred our 1 and 4 year old to Kre8tive Kidz and I am so happy we did! The quality of care and communication we receive is wonderful. Our kids love it, and the teachers are warm and caring. They go out of their way and host parent/teacher conferences and the level of detail we received at our first conference I was blown away by. They tracked what my daughter was learning, how she was learning, where she was advancing, and where they were helping her. It is scary finding the right care for your kids, but we are so thankful we found this place. Oh yeah, and they have an after-school program!

We’ve been at Kre-8-Tive Kidz nearly a year and have had a great experience. Secure, Clean, Welcoming and my baby loves the staff in her classroom.

Our son started at Kre-8-Tive Kids II six months ago. After making it through the adjustment period, he now requests 'a la escuela' even on his free days. It's a great place for children's spanish immersion and socialization. The director is very present and easy to talk to. The teachers are very attentive and hard-working.

We have been very happy with Kre-8-Tive Kidz in Normandy Park. We've now been with them for 1.5 years and been able to see how they handle a wide variety of situations. What we like the most is that they are being so observant of our son and contacting us and/or writing up a report to share with us anytime something unique about the day occurs that we'll want to be especially aware of. Between Marlen, who manages the school, and Carla who is the owner, we've always had lots of support and flexibility. Our son's teachers have are smart and caring. He likes his school, his teachers, and the students. They make all the food for the kids, it always smells good when I walk through the hallway and our son tells us he likes it a lot. The school's location offers some great privacy for the kids and yet close enough to a grocery store to make things especially convenient. It's comforting to know our son get such good care and support from this well managed and experienced team.

Just fyi.. as of jan 2022 this daycare charges $1700 per month for 20 days per month of child care. For 1 year that is over $20,000 ($1700x12). Private school for a kid is generally $10,000 or less per year. The owner is playing games giving a "30% discount" which still equals $1300 per month ($15,600) per year. Care isn't bad not not amazing either... just FYI for any new parents
