“I have real good experience here with Bashir (Im not sure if I write it correctly bcz I couldn't see his name tag clearly).There was a big problem with my sim. Bashir have to help me for around 3 hour in two days. I can't even count how many time he had to call the customer service for help. Tmobile if you see this you should consider to pay him more haha. “The sales person Joel at the Kent Station location in Washington was very helpful yesterday when I purchased the S24 Ultra and was even more helpful when I came back today because the phone had touch screen issues that couldn't be resolved by doing a factory reset. He did a little more troubleshooting but it ended needing to be replaced. He quickly got a replacement an i was on my way out to enjoy the rest of my day.”

“Excellent customer service by a crew of bilingual agents. Though I didn’t need any translations, I could tell that their ability to speak Spanish was invaluable to other customers. The ability to communicate in more than one language should be recognized by xfinity, and staff should be given a stipend for this added value to the customers. I was impressed by all agents, especially Odin. He and the manager worked hard to resolve our issues by explaining clearly, calmly and professionally. Though the outcome wasn’t what we had hoped, due to company policy, we felt satisfied that they did all they could to provide good service.”

“A very first time going to this store to purchase a couple of new Smartphone devices. When we entered, there was just one other customer inside, so one of the representatives came over and began helping us. We were looking for a new iPhone 13 Pro and a Samsung Galaxy A12 phone. They did not have the A12, but had an A02s. Seemed alright since it was for a present. The iPhone 13 Pro was available, so I wanted the 256 GB one in Graphite. Used my $60.00 Device Dollars, too. The Asian guy who helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. Had an easy time buying the phones and getting what we wanted at this store location. We will definitely be back next time! Employees were helpful and friendly to deal with. Decent location.”

“I stopped in to the Xfinity store in Renton and returned our old modem after receiving a new one. While there I looked into changing our cable package so we could get the Mariner games. I now have a bunch of new channels, including both Mariners and Kraken games. Installing the new modem was simple using the app and my cellphone. The guy who helped me was friendly, efficient and more helpful than I was expecting. I've had cable for many years and this was my smoothest cable experience ever. Thank you!”
