I am very disappointed with her service. She took an initial payment of $500. At first she was communicating on a regular basis via email. But after the third week there NO communication for like 2 weeks. I emailed her and she responded that she was out of town. She did a few things. Communication STOPPED! I emailed her that I would file a complaint to BBB. She sent me a bill which I refused to pay and asked her to send me a list of the things she did with the initial $500. She did a few more things. After two weeks silence I FIRED her for lack of communication.

I have been with Florina for over 2 years now and I cannot recommend her enough for your business accounting needs! I’ve opened my physical therapy practice and Florina has played a crucial part in the process of establishing an LLC, educating me on DO’s and DONT’s of business write offs, teaching me bookkeeping skills with quickbooks, and always being available to answer complicated both business and personal accounting questions. Florina is incredibly knowledgeable in her craft, is always up to date with the latest tax updates and takes the headache away when it’s time to file! Furthermore, she has saved me thousands of dollars finding the most optimum tax breaks that most people don’t know about. I highly recommend her firm - you will thank yourself later!

BEWARE!!! Very dishonest person and business! After dealing with this business and her owner Florina we were facing collection charges for an estate that she provided and we declined.Before the collection that was based on nothing and of course collection agency dropped it Florina tried to blackmail us ! So please be careful about who you trusting especially when it comes to your personal and business information.
