I went in to purchase a new phone and new line. Sardar did not know what he was doing and Muhamed was not truthful or fully disclosing the so-called offer. He made it sound like I was putting $500 down towards the phone but that was not the case, it was just paying him $500 and I would eventually get about $300 back over the 36 payment installment but I had to choose the $75 a month line to get the offer which in the end would be paying more for the phone overall. Once I figured out the dishonesty I returned the phone and canceled the line within the 14 day period. The return took over an hour. I still have not received the full refund. Avoid this place.

Three staff members helped me solve a problem that would've taken forever had I attempted to call Apple customer service. They worked well as a team to help me set up my daughter's phone even though I'd purchased it at a different AT&T store. I even bought a screen protector on their recommendation. Highly recommended!

This store is staffed by adults who really know their stuff. I’ve visited three times now and every time I walk away with a smile. I’ve had interactions with the staff where they treated me like a family member. I’ve also had interactions with the staff there that have been more straightforward & professional. Each time, I’m amazed at how well they take care of me. 10/10

Ali and Mohamed were great. Ali provided different options for getting the best deal for a new phone. Updated my plan and I was able to lower my monthly payment.

I’m normally apprehensive about going into ATT stores for help with plans, devices, and information, but visiting this store was the most pleasant and helpful experience I’ve ever had with wireless services. I’ve been an ATT customer for more than a decade and Ali at the Normandy Park store was the nicest and most helpful person I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with for my wireless needs.Thanks Ali!!

I am always skeptical of going to phone retail stores because I have gotten so many bad experiences. Today I needed a new cover for my phone so I decided to give it a try at the att in Normandy park. I was surprised by how friendly and easy going Ali was. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience of finding a new case that matched my personality such a fun and easy going experience. I will definitely come back to see Ali when I need new accessories and a new phone. Thanks Ali!!

Had an existing preorder online but called store and was told they had new iPhone 15 pro max in stock. Went in and explained I had an existing order I did NOT want to cancel unless they had one in store for me today. The guy took my ID, went into my account on his iPad and cancelled my existing order and placed a new one. This pushed my ship date out and additional 2 weeks. Avoid this AT&T at all costs.

I had preordered the 15 ProMax online and it was estimated to ship 9/22. Called the store and asked if they had any in stock and he said yes. Came in and gave him my ID. He proceeded to cancel my existing order and place a new order pushing out delivery by two weeks. Very frustrating, but he was rushed and misunderstood my request. Mistakes happen and rather than focus on that I prefer to be happy I got a great deal on the new iPhone. Came back for the new phone today (10/6) and he was very kind and apologetic for his mistake. New phone is amazing.

We went to AT&T Normandy park and got a family plan and found the store and the staff very helpful and saved us money. They were very helpful and professional. We are happy to see an AT and T store close by and providing a great experience. Sardar and Muhammad Ali. Great customer service!??

The two gentlemen helped me switch my phone plan so that I could keep my number and pay the same monthly cost. They also worked until closing to get my phone to work when the new SIM card was malfunctioning. They eventually gave me a new SIM card an everything works fine now. Really appreciated their help.

I have used this AT&T store three times and have received great service. The store reps know the products and services well and delivered my phone upgrade quickly and efficiently. They informed me of the latest promotions, ordered accessories, and saved me money on my monthly bill. I highly recommend this store.

This past July I purchased a new phone @ the Normandy Park AT&T Store and was extremely impressed with Ali and Sardar's professionalism. Since I had totally forgotten to add a security code on my new phone, it locked ? up and I couldn't use it. Ali & Sardar's help in this matter relieved my stress level since I was extremely concerned about losing all stored data and pictures when resetting phone. I had left my new phone with them while using a loaner phone they had loaned me. When they reset my phone, the whole process was successful. I was so grateful for their help, knowledge and support in this matter. I have the utmost respect and trust for Ali and Sardar, I would also have no hesitation giving them the best reference!!!Thank you Ali and Sardar.You are the Best!!!

Attentive help by manager and employee (Ali) initially with upgrade but when store became busy dropped the ball with and didn't want to complete my printed receipt request (wanted to email it to me later). I decided to drive back to obtain the receipt for my assurance do this was a hassle. The store employees apologized later for inconvenience. Overall good service just need a little work on clear communication and also getting employees up to speed with upgrade procedures to offer better service overall. My daughter went in and was told she couldn't do an upgrade there and needed to go to a different store. Employee apologized for inconvenience but it did mean an extra trip to Capitol Hill to complete the upgrade. Nice people/employees just need more competent/consistent service. Manager seemed competent and experienced! Would give a second chance though!
