Dropped in here today on spec, hoping they'd have an obscure nut and washer for my RV. They were able to identify the exact piece I needed, and it fit perfectly when I got it home. Even an RV place I visited earlier didn't know what I was talking about, so Thank You Ace Hardware for helping me out.Super friendly and supportive staff. My new go-to place for all things hardware.

I have been to this Normandy Park location twice now. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff are very friendly and efficient.

Bigger than most Ace Hardwares, and with more things than you might expect. The best thing about going to an Ace rather than a bigger box store is that they're always willing to help you, and that was definitely the case here.

Stopped by for a pipe we needed for plumbing. It was in stock and they even cut it for me the perfect size. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I’m a frequent customer and this place is always spot on.

I was looking for someone who could make me a new key. We had tried several other places and I remembered Ace Hardware always has most of the things I need. When I asked for help they were able to make the new key quickly. They are always helpful. If they don't have what you need, they will suggest a store that has. They have even called the other store so I would not make an unnecessary trip.

Small stock. Great for emergency but if your looking for something specific I doubt this location has it. Pretty limited with just the basics.
