So convenient to do vehicle transfers as well as fix our mistakes with tabs and registration. Best place ever with customer service. Appreciate this quality business in our community. Also love being able to have something fragile packaged and mailed for me.

This is my go-to place for title transfers in north Spokane county. It’s a little out of the way (we have a title office here in Deer Park) but it’s worth the drive. There’s usually a small line but it tends to move quickly and the people are very friendly. I’ve never had a problem with the staff and they usually are very informative if I have a complicated situation. Highly recommend.

I am originally from a small town in Arkansas and used to dealing with my local post office. Being an online seller, I ship a lot and so when I knew I would be spending an extended amount of time in Nine Mile Falls I worried what I would do for shipping. I had no need as the people here are utterly amazing. They are kind, knowledgeable, and quick to offer to help in any way they can. I highly recommend this place for your shipping needs if you live anywhere around here. Good people and great service.

They ship things, but usually at $2-$5 over what the post office charges. I never feel like I got a good deal when I go in.Also, the sign on the door says masks are required for service. So if you have a disability that disallows you from wearing a mask you must be treated differently and stand out in the cold while they find time to come help you. I don't know how or why they discriminate against people with disabilities. It's like seeing a "no wheelchairs allowed" sign out front. Pretty amazing. More of a buyer beware for the mentality in this company.
