“I don't know if this is the correct U-Haul to rate. But when I got a U-Box in a high stress situation, shipping it from Spokane 1718 miles away it was a highly stressful situation with so many things that could go wrong. And a few things did go wrong in the process. The manager was quick to take care of the issue and more than helped me. I understand mistakes happen. And when it did, I was helped beyond appreciation. You restored my confidence in U-Haul, and I am beyond grateful. I hope this review shows my appreciation for the extra mile that was taken with my U-Box container. Thank you, and I trust the company entirely with my items.
Side note for Corportate, get rid of the wood boxes. The metal ones are 10x better, and even the employees agree with me.”

“Great customer service and commitment to following through on estimated quotes. They immediately apologized for the inconvenience for not having the appropriate 12 ft truck I requested, but gave me the 16ft truck at the price of the 12ft. Unfortunately, competitors Uhaul did not provide this same customer service from my past experiences.”
