We were not treated nicely at this location. We are new to the area and we're victims of fraud. As a result, we needed to use our checks. We called to verify they accepted checks. While ringing up our groceries, we were treated with contempt by the lady, who then called a manager who ALSO treated my wife and me badly. They told us their "POLICY" (we must reside within 50 miles) BOTH of our DL have our current Spokane address! For so.e reason, there was still a debate about Rosaurs accepting our check, despite telling us they would before we shopped and before they SAW THE COLOR OF MY SKIN!! Thanks for welcoming us to your not-so-inclusive-community!!

This store has gone down hill pretty severely in the last few years I have now purchased several expired items from this location. To say the least I'm disappointed in their effort of checking the shelves. I'm at fault here too but I shouldn't have to check an expiration date when I'm buying food items. And a few of the employees are simply rude and unpleasant and having worked this location briefly I know how much they pride themselves on customer service but please check your shelves regularly. There's more I could say but won't be careful when shopping with rosauers they aren't bad but they have their faults

WOW! Five star service in a flooded job market, right before closing in Northern Stevens County? Ella, THANK you for going the extra mile while insisting our adding things to our order over the 15 minutes or so we took to decide was no trouble at all. You are a fresh breath of air in an increasingly stagnant society and please do thank your parents from me for raising you right. Customer service skills are rare and if your boss isn't paying you top wages, he or she is a fool.

First visit as I just moved to the area. Store is clean and inviting. Lighting is a bit dim in my opinion, it needs more natural light. Employees all seem friendly and willing to help and were able to get me to what I was looking for with ease.

Standard grocery store plus huge variety of healthy alternatives and allergy compliant foods. Staff are always friendly and helpful. One of the only stores that actually keeps stocked

Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff - probably the best I have seen anywhere and it's universally true and all the time. Their people seem to like going to work and I love the age range diversity of their staff, which adds something of a family feel to the shopping experience. The prices do seem high though, partly because it is now customary everywhere to pay significantly at the market, but partly out in this area it feels like we are all constantly making the decision to drive a long distance for competitive prices or just stay in the neighborhood, and save a little gas money that will be invariably shelled out on spendy groceries. It isn't necessarily a Rosauer's fault, but the truth is there isn't a lot out this way to keep prices competitive. Would love to see Rosauer's develop a loyalty program to honor those who simply spend their way instead of at the pump. But if you need a boost to your morning, you won't find a friendlier staff than the local Rosauer's crew.

I stopped in and was looking for balloons, I found them with some help and when talking to the gentleman that was helping me I found out they had latex ones as well, I went in the back with him and he was super friendly with a wealth of information. The prices are way out there, I live on the western side on an island and I am much more appreciative about my grocery bill now since going to this store. The last time I was there I bought a pie, when I got home and went to cut into it, it was frozen..... I grabbed it from the little case that is refrigerated and it stated, made daily so I assumed it was freshly made. Customer service is amazing and very knowledgeable. I gave this a lower star because the prices are really high on items. I know its because they have no competition but that doesn't mean you should bankrupt people lol If you go to the one in Spokane its still expensive but not as high as this one.

Beautiful staff, beautiful store. The layout is seamless and easy to find most items. They are quite a bit more expensive bc of their location. Gas pumps and Ace hardware next door make convenient partners for running those errands we all know & loves! Lol. Shout out to Desiree, just the sweetest and helpful person

As a visitor to this area, I really appreciate this supermarket chain. They have a great variety of food at reasonable prices compared to places in the CA Bay Area. We are able to get pretty much everything here. They have a nice deli counter with cold and hot goods and even sushi. Conveniently attached to the market is an Ace Hardware. How cool is that? Yesterday we stopped in for the paper and a snack. I eyed one lonely slice of sausage pizza and got it. It was okay. A bit of a soggy bottom but my tummy was satisfied. Today, a trek for the newspaper again and I got a small container of the Mac n cheese. It's creamy and the noodles are cooked to my liking. Unfortunately there is no flavor at all for me. No tanginess from cheese nor saltiness. Again, hit the hunger pangs. This is a great story with very nice employees.

I was visiting my boyfriend out of town and discovered this little gem of a grocery store. The layout is very easy to navigate and find just what you're looking for.

Suncrest Rosauers. The store itself is okay - but dang, that bakery section. The bakery gets zero stars. Negative 4 stars in fact. The goods are super over-priced, and I don't know who let them loose with the sprinkles can but just stop already! Single slice cake portions: Barely a skim of frosting on the cakes and all covered in sprinkles. The apple fritters have ZERO apple in them, are overcooked and half were covered in maple glaze (eww) Aaaand - most of the donuts were covered in sprinkles. Are you 12? There seems to be no concept of normal bakery operations in a retail setting at all. Ways to improve? Frost the damn cakes! Stop with the nasty sprinkles on everything. Make real apple fritters. If you are looking for decent baked goods - go to Safeway (much better prices and baked goods) or Yokes at Indian Trail or Deer Park. Skip this store.
