“One of our regular Go Tos. Friendly service, more so now that we have been going for about 2 years & are regulars. Rosauers is very convenient when you need a few items, don't want to deal with/have the time for the bigger stores/crowds. We have shopped, loved & recommended the Bakery for over 20 years despite the cost being higher than most of the grocery bakeries around...but our custom order Birthday Cake this last time was an Extreme let down in Decor & in flavors/foods used on thr cake-half didn't even get eaten & my kids Devour sweets! Also some of the treats have not been very good lately. As much as food items cost, this makes me much more conservative when shopping the bakery anymore, unfortunately ?. I haven't bought anything in a few months, besides the cake.”
“I am so grateful for the staff at 6th Avenue Pharmacy. My loved one is now residing in her third a local long-term care (LTC) facility due to changing care needs. The LTC facilities require medications to be packaged into bubble-packs for safety and 6th Ave provides this service for free. 6th Ave also delivers meds to many local facilities.In the past, I have taken issue with long-term care staff requesting prescriptions from her primary care physician without first speaking with me. (Trust me, this happens more than you might imagine, as they feel inappropriately "entitled" to do so.) I tightly monitor her care to minimize errors and am poorly tolerant of being 'bypassed'. My work around was to ask 6th Ave not to fill any scripts without first seeking my permission and they have done so without fail.Pharmacies are not notified when prescriptions are discontinued, so I always call and let them know.Erik Nelson, the owner, and his staff (special kudos to Ann) have always been accessible and great communicators. Our relationship is a PARTNERSHIP. And, they have been WONDERFUL to us!”
“Always great customer service. Prices are a little higher than average, but I'm willing to pay that for a clean store and nice staff. Due to extreme drug use at this location there is no public bathroom any longer, as of today 6/19/23, this is still true. That would be my only complaint. I take water pills and so it really sucks to be out shopping and have no access to a bathroom.”
“The staff here are just like family to me… I appreciate each and everyone of them… i have had some major life altering experiences in my life and the staff has IMMEDIATELY helped me through soooo much of them. We all know how hard it is at times to reach our primary doctors… with our questions concerning a new medication or just basic questions in regards to increased meds etc.. I have gotten SO many of my concerns answered through the BEST PHARMACIST here at Rosauers Pharmacy in Division.. i highly recommend them.. they are just GREAT PEOPLE and very kind, patient and professional!! i would rate them HIGHER THEN A 5 star ..if i could!! “An absolute lifesaver for animal lovers! I am a life long animal lover who has had more than a few fussy pets, now with older pets that require meds to be compounded I was referred to the medicine shoppe in the middle of the pandemic.Unlike other compounding services I have used, they are always kind and patient with my questions. They always check with me regarding prices, they know what meds don't mix with flavors. When I need something faster they always attempt to have it done fast.While my pets are the world to me, it's always appreciated when the staff also asks after them and makes things easier.If I had one complaint it's that the parking lot is a little difficult to access at times so I recommend to anyone to come in on the street behind the block and enter on the side.”

“All Right, All Right! I just got off the phone, after 20 minutes, with Jimena Chas Clinic PHONE CARE. I had some issues. Jimena heard me out... Jimena did the research, found the answers I needed, by talking to my providers. Sure, it took 20 minutes, but that 20 minutes saved me hours of running around. When Jimena needed to put me on hold, she told me why I was being put on hold. Jimena was never short or curt, never expressing any frustration over the next knot that I needed untangled. Jimena made me feel like my issues mattered to her and that I was not the problem. Jimena's patience is HIGHLY COMMENDABLE. “The bakery at this Safeway is excellent. Very nice folks and always do a nice job. The BDay cake we received today was 1/2 sheet, white cake with fresh strawberry filling. Topping is the fresh whipped cream and is a family favorite. It's an excellent choice if regular topping is too sweet for you. I simply told them what colors to work in with a basic theme, baseball. Nicole was the decorator and did an outstanding job. Have been going here for years for cakes and will continue to do so. Overall stars reflect my opinion of the entire Safeway location. Bakery is 5 stars, long lines, lack of check out staff, always being out of cart wipes, etc bring it down a notch.”
“I had my leg amputated a few years ago and needless to say everything‘s harder it is so frustrating when call a place and ask them for something simple but that might be out of the ordinary which I know that they can do but technically they can just say nope I can’t. I’ve worked in customer service I know how to say sorry I can’t do that when I can, but the customer doesn’t know. if they’re being a jerk everybody does it but it’s very frustrating when I’m not being a jerk and just for damn meanness they play dumb or take an extra long amount of time so it was very pleasant when Casey at the pharmacy went out of her way to fix some things in my account with my insurance card that I didn’t even know were messed up and she could’ve played dumb and she could’ve glossed it over like so many previous pharmacist have done obviously so thank you…..when I picked up my prescription There was another girl to on Thursday night a young girl and I can’t remember her name Avery. I think she was very pleasant too.
