“Jaret has been my mechanic for at least 15 years (it's been so long, I can't remember), and now I am proud to call Joe my mechanic as well.We are lucky to have Jaret, Joe, and their team living and working in our Nine Mile community. They know the importance of a quick turnaround time, living out here like we do - with sometimes less than stellar road conditions, we need our vehicles to be running well and reliably between home and town (who hasn't worried about breaking down on 291 before they can get safely home? I know I have).At the very least, I know I can swing by to ask them something as simple as "pretty-please will you check under my car to make sure there's no animal parts stuck up there after I rolled a skunk?" (There was not, but ewww, I didnt want to do it myself; and Joe was happy to do it for me).And on a more serious note, I have trusted them implicitly with ensuring that mine and my kids' vehicles are safe to drive. When I asked Jaret if I can get one more season out of my Blizzaks, his answer was, "No. If you only drove around town, I'd say yes, but I know where you go Therese (in the mountains, forest roads, etc), and these tires are done for that. Get new ones."Or the time Jaret drove past my house one morning and saw my daughter's car squished like a pancake and immediatley called me to see if she was OK. (She was, miraculously, after flipping end over end down the embankment heading down 291 into Willow Bay one winter). Who else can say their local mechanic would do the same?Jaret, Joe, and the guys working for them care about each and every one of their clients as if they are family. I guarantee- and know from experience - you won't find that everywhere you go.Their hands-on experience, as well as their knowledge and use of modern technology - like researching the internet to properly diagnose problems is second to none.We are so lucky to have them in our local community. “I went ahead went down there. I had my girlfriend with me and my dog. I didn't have any money on me at that time and so basically I told him exactly what the issue was and they told me pull in went ahead and me and my girlfriend and my dog sat there and they went ahead and fixed the problem and I went ahead and told him before they did anything that I don't have any money and I'd like to schedule an appointment but they said screw it and just got it done and she told me I was good to go and didn't have to pay a the thing but for your guys information they don't always do that for free. There's always a price on it but they only do it if it's not that big of a deal so I thank muffler clinic for going ahead and fix my exhaust because now my truck doesn't sound like absolute shit so again thank you muffler clinic and I just got done putting five stars on there and hope for you guys have more customers”

“Had my brakes and some bushings done this past year at a good price, and they also recommended new struts for me. Finally got around to the struts and I needed additional expensive parts. Those parts got missed on the first inspection, so they didn’t even charge me for them! That had never happened to me before! Needless to say I was speechless! I was not aware they were having an anniversary special, so the initial quote on the struts was less. My car sounds great now, everything is up to speed, and I’m ready to road trip! I knew better and came to EXPERT ALIGNMENT for a 2nd opinion and they confirmed just what I thought.... there was nothing wrong wth my front end and they gave me the alignment I wanted! “Driving up division at 5 PM on a Friday, picked up a nail and could hear the air coming out of my tire, searched for closest tire place and Poor Boys was it. Looked closed at first, but the guy came out of the shop to help anyways, fixed the tire in less than 10 minutes and we were back on the road and when I asked what I owed him he said how about nothing. Thank you Poor Boys for making a stressful situation painless quick and easy.”

He also wound up helping save me over $2100 with advice on warranties for my accident. He even wrote up a VIN specific vehicle estimate for me to give to the insurance company which made them raise the value of my vehicle over $2600. He didn’t have to, but he made time to be honest and helpful and it’s greatly appreciated. 10/10 would recommend giving them a call for a vehicle. He won’t lie to you and he will make sure you don’t purchase a vehicle that’s not right for you. ”

“This place is absolutely amazing I was having issues with my truck I brought her here and was treated with Grace and kindness. They looked my truck over because I had it worked on at a different place and my truck was misfiring and running very rough.I had a bent spark plug from the other mechanic. Kevin and his crew not only fix the issue but also didn't even charge me for the issue I was so grateful because my truck is my only form of transportation. I highly recommend Kevin and his crew they are wonderful people and I will be continuing to go there for now on. Thank you for TOP-NOTCH SERVICE. People and a company like yours is really hard to find.”
“I have never been to a jiffy lube and this place is amazing. In and out in about 30 mins. Oil changed, air filter replaced, light bulb fixed, fluids and tires checked.
Being on the road in the middle of a move it was very convenient and fast to just roll in and have them check everything and be out so fast!

I've been taking my cars there for years. **** who runs the place has been around the block and is very knowledgeable and thorough. He always goes the extra mile and gives me good information. He's the only mechanic I know that I trust completely.That said it's a small shop and always very busy. I've you need more done than tires **** is the guy to do the job. He'll be heavily booked so it's best to plan a date ahead of time.”

Garrick has been working on my cars over the years as well as a ton of friends and family that I've referred to them. I always tell people that he is the most reasonably priced and kind mechanic that I've ever worked with. He always is accommodating and tries to get me in as soon as possible and never nickel and dimes me or makes every issue seem detrimental. He's very thorough and truly just cares about the safety aspects and making sure that people can get their vehicles fixed with as little anxiety as possible, financially and otherwise.

“Have gone to Buck’s twice for big, labor intensive repairs. Both times they communicated clearly with me about the problem and were able to finish the work on my car in the same day that I dropped it off. They did research, answered my quadrillion questions, and looked for affordable options when possible. When they discovered I had the wrong spark plugs in my vehicle, they talked to the mechanic from another shop who had put them in and ordered the correct plugs for him to put in. I will absolutely be going back to Woodsman Automotive, and I highly recommend their shop to everyone.”
