They did a bad job on my car. The hood is noticeable uneven. They took 2 months to ruin my car. I had to keep calling to a rude woman and keep asking when it would be ready. It was a simple fix.....hmm...

Absolutely the best people to have fix anything from a deer hitting your vehicle to backing into a tree. I am very thankful to have such a wonderful body shop local that knows there stuff and have never been disappointed in the work these guys do. Highly recommend this shop

Friendly staff. Did not notify me after they had an estimate for my car repairs. They are out a couple of months for the repairs.

Called to get rough estimate to have them install door latch and lock actuator on F250 drivers door, a fairly simple straightforward mechanical job. Would not give rough estimate without me coming to their shop (nearly 40 miles round trip) so I asked why. They said “We have to see the parts you ordered to make sure they’re the right ones since customers can think they ordered the right parts but didn’t”. When I asked if I understood correctly and that they would not even give me a ball park idea of cost without having to drive there I was told correct. I let them know I’ll probably talk to a mechanic then, was told “sounds good” I understand their reasoning, they don’t want to give an estimate that might end up being higher due to incorrect parts, however, in my opinion they could have asked “How convenient is it for you to drop by?” Then for customers not so close and with a request like mine simply say “Assuming the parts are correct and complete to do the job it should be between X dollars and Y dollars, if the parts are incorrect we would have to charge extra for parts and labor, this is not a formal quote just a verbal rough estimate.” bases covered and potential customer taken care of. Instead, they basically forced me to take an alternate route but maybe they’ll read this and offer something that also serves the customer.

This business of amazing people made my husband’s car look brand new. My husband tried Not to hit that deer - but come on, we live in deer central! His Camry looked terrible. Rogers did such a beautiful job! You need body work? Call Rogers - you won’t be sorry!
