I just was just on Pend Oreille Valley Mini Storage website for a rental I was shocked at their pricing. Compared to 5 other complexes within 8 miles the pricing was nearly double on comparable same sizes? Shameful over charging like this!

Working with the on-site manager has always been a pleasure. She accommodated my storage needs and helped me change units quickly. Online billing is a snap. Customer service is an important part of business for this group of people.
