They were pretty difficult to work with. They wanted my surgeon to answer there questions but I had to do all the back and forth calling. It was like dealing with junior highschool children. I'm glad my surgeon was such a patient man. I can't thank you more kootenai health vascular surgeon team! You are awesome!

At least two of the pharmacy staff could use some serious customer service training. At least twice I wanted to say, "I can hear you back there and your comments are not appreciated". Never again. The name should be changed as this is NOT the Seebers you may remember.

I used this pharmacy for several years, and the service was so-so. However, over the past year or so, there is a pharmacist, or perhaps a "tech", whom works behind the counter who is very rude, and discriminating towards what appears to be any patient whom arrives at the pharmacy expecting to pick up a prescription which this person does not feel they need. In addition, I will not return here again simply due to the fact, that they have ZERO respect for any patients privacy. The same "technician", ( and I use that term because I cannot imagine a true professional Pharmacist, doing the things this person actually did to more than one patient, as I and other customers sat and listened), told another patient that she was "cancelling" their prescription which apparently the Emergency room had just sent in for this patient, because she did not agree with the "diagnosis code". We all listened to the poor patient, now listen as they were told they would have to go back to the hospital all over again. I will not go into any more detail, as I was so completely and totally shocked, I left without even picking up my prescription. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Sad to say this after shopping with this company for many years… but, Seeber’s is no longer Seeber’s. They the last two times we went there to get prescriptions filled, they were out of that particular medication. One of those trips was for two different medications. They had neither. We asked if they could refer us to a pharmacy that did have those meds. They said they could not. On both trips we asked when they would get more of the medication. They said they did not know. Later that day, after locating a pharmacy that did have those meds, (7 miles away) the pharmacist there tells us that newport hospital bought out Seeber’s. And apparently they stopped ordering certain medications and will no longer be carrying them! This admittedly could be hearsay. However, All the other pharmacies in the area are able to get and keep these medications in stock, when Seeber’s has said for months they’ve been on back-order. I don’t appreciate being lied to. Especially when it’s to cover up the corporate greed of newport hospital! If I am mistaken about this information, please correct me. Because I don't want it to be true.Feb 08, 2023 Update: Yes, Newport hospital did buy Seeber’s Pharmacy. This corporation is getting too big. Their actions show they do not care about the patients they serve. Most of the nurses are wonderful. But, the policies of this corporation are pure greed at best. At worst, I would venture to say evil. Customer service at the pharmacy is void of everything that defines good customer service. Our dr sent in a script to this pharmacy again. The next day my wife called to see when it would be available, as she was running errands. They told her one hr. So, she planned accordingly and showed up an hr later. The script was for 4 pills. FOUR! When she got there, an hr later, they told her it would take them about 20 mins to get it ready for her. No line in the building… so, 25 hrs after the dr sent in the script, they were reminded about it, with an hr lead time, and made her wait an additional 20 mins, they got the four pills in a bottle. lol NEVER AGAIN.

This isn’t my regular pharmacy because they aren’t open on weekends. But they are open at 8 in the morning which is great because I’m about to leave town about that time and can pick up my scrips. But they lost a star for not being open on weekends or later in the evening. However, they get full stars for the fact that they helped me out without me even having to ask. I was trying to get a mental health script filled and having a very hard time finding a pharmacy that had the medication. My normal pharmacy is Safeway (not any more) and I tried two others before getting to seebers. The issue I had though was that Safeway had told my insurance that they filled it even though they couldn’t and didn’t know when they would be able too. Seebers called them to figure out what was going on and called my insurance to inform them that the script hadn’t been filled. Safeway would have made me do all of that my self after waiting several days for me to calm them to figure out what was going on. I do wish that seebers called or texted when scrips were ready but that’s okay.

They seem outdated. They said it would take a day to fill a common blood pressure medication and wanted me to fill out a form plus prove insurance. The previous month I had been traveling in Texas and stopped at a CVS. They took my name, dob, and prescription info. They pulled all my insurance information from online and had my script ready in 40 minutes. To be clear CVS did a script transfer, do they did not have any existing information on me.

Friendly and professional for the most part. I wish they had longer hours, but they promptly answer their phones, and are quick to return a call. I can not say that for their competitors. The staff needs to learn to smile and greet their customers. I know retail can be difficult as can grumpy, sick customers, but a little kindness goes a long way. The 5 stars is for promptness and professional service in regard to the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff who mans the register needs to learn to be kind. Simply make eye contact, smile and say we'll be right with you. Kindness goes a long way when one is not feeling well.

I rarely need to use a pharmacy, but when I have needed to, any grocery store pharmacy you could think of is better than this one. I waited about 20 minutes for my meds and while I did I whitnessed every single other customer be treated with absolute disrespect not to mention a complete lack of consideration for their privacy or HIPPA regulations whatsoever. I wouldn’t go back if the medication was free.
