I WONT GO HERE ANYMORE!!!Great at her job. But tried to use my personal information against me as if she was a part of my everyday life. My only son died less than 6 monthes ago and she told me my daughters will date losers if I dont go back to work... because thats what happened to her daughter?? She said what kind of example am I setting for them? Wow... CLEARLY I NO LONGER GO HERE!!! I'm not you and your not me next time talked to your daughter if you have issues with who she dates. If you go here she will do her job But I wouldn't trust ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION as me may try to use it against you without first knowing what she's talking about. Good luck and God bless if you go here. This Marine Wont anymore that bridge has been burned.

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I am a local senior citizen. I am also a retired legal professional. Because I am currently incapacitated and needed to sign a DOL document for my credit union, I appointed and signed a Power of Attorney so a friend could act in my stead signing this simple TITLE APPLICATION in support of a car refinance. He drove all the way to town in the middle of his work day to help me. As soon as he asked to see her, and the owner who said she was the notary came out to the front desk, she behaved like a snake slithering through the grass waiting for the opportunity to strike. She pounced on him immediately, impugning his character as if he was trying to steal my estate. My Power of Attorney was signed in front of THREE (3) WITNESSES, 1 in addition to the 2 required by WASHINGTON LAW. The Power of Attorney stated on its face: "This Power of Attorney is granted for the sole purpose of signing Department of Licensing documents...to finalize a vehicle loan on that certain vehicle through WSECU." She then proceeded to impugn my character telling him that I should know better, and that I did not know what I was doing in preparing a Power of Attorney. This woman was not a legal professional able to give legal advice, but that didn't stop her from offering erroneous legal commentary or hurling personal insults. I retired after 40 years of legal work including specifically preparing legal documents, inclusive of estate and probate forms such as a Power of Attorney. This woman had one job, to notarize a simple signature of my POA not to make snap judgments and publicly impugn the character of others in a legitimate and very simple transaction. Feeling so uncomfortable, my friend left the store. But she was still not done. When I then phoned her to inquire what that was all about, she kept running her mouth talking over me. When I asked if I could speak, she rudely hung up. I called back to ask her name for the purpose of filing a complaint with the licensing board. Again she was discourteous and rude, compelling me to utter a 5 letter word starting with a B.....This woman needs to have her notary license jerked and her lips sewn shut. She gives female business owners a very bad name through incompetence, not staying in her lane, lack of courtesy, and unprofessionalism not to mention outright disrespect for others. In my opinion, if you have a time constraint and important deadline in a business transaction, drive in to Deer Park or Spokane. Don't try to get your important business done with Kathy at All Faz. For a $10 notary signature, you are not paying for an audition before Judge Judy with whom she shares a similar rude disturbing demeanor and fake legal advice. I believe this entire experience was most unfortunate and should never have happened. As well, it was an extremely stressful experience for a sick and incapacitated senior.

Had a quick tax question last year, they refused to help me answer it, completely refused to even hear my question. A different bookkeeper in town helped me and it only took him a minute. My question? How much does a house have to sell for before you need to claim taxes on it? The answer? $250,000.Was forced to use their services again to send off a package with UPS recently. People working inside saw me approach with a huge box and a baby in a carseat, me struggling to get inside. Help opening the door? Not a chance. But they gave me a cheery "hello, how may we help you?" when I walked in.Which is funny, because they have a sign outside their door that states, "theres no strangers in newport, only friends you havent met yet." That's funny, with friends like All Fez, who needs enemies?

Kathy does an excellent job on taxes. Unfortunately she has an extremely rude employee . I have a legitimate ESA dog( very small and in arms) he said they don't allow pets. I tried to explain an ESA animal to him but all he wanted was to humillliate me by continuously asking the service dog question. I was completely willing to leave but didn't expect to be treated like a liar. My doctor letter was not purchased on the internet. He could have been kind as he has no idea what is happening in my life. They also have a cat in the store so his lack of respect was not due to allergies.

The ladies I've met here are always quick to help anyway they can. I highly recommend coming here for Ink, printer paper, mailing service and a number of services.

A BIG upgrade in our tax preparation outcomes! Had been working with an accountant in CA for more than a dozen years, got tired of the logistics and spending $1000 for a tax return. Was nervous trying a local service but within 5 minutes I could tell that Kathy was thoroughly expert and efficient. Return done in a day the first time (new client, lots of property stuff), and just a half-hour this year for the same great service. The first year she reviewed our past returns and found a 5-figure overpayment -- BONUS!

I called with what I thought was a large request and expected days, I get an email a few hours later saying it is done. Will never go back to Staples again!
