“Really great service with quick and direct answers to questions. Had a larger job to get done and they set a reasonable timeline and committed to getting the job done, with the owner saying, “We will get it done if I have to come in and do it myself.” Very rare to have such great customer care these days!”

Went above and beyond on a busy week day to make sure all customers were getting serviced quickly and effectively. Helped me send out 2 packages to 2 recipients, after completing, I left but soon forgot to add something on the packages, he was quickly able to help me open up the sealed packages and double check something, and then reseal them in new Fedex mailers. Very professional!”
“Literally can't say enough good things about this company, from day 1 Old Dominion Freight has been so courteous and efficient. Every time I can, I get connected right to a rep who speaks clearly, is polite, and gets me the answers I need. They are significantly cheaper than the competitors and go above and beyond their service quoted! You'd be crazy to pick someone else. They got our shipment to its destination 1600+ miles away on the first day available in their delivery window, nothing was broken inside, and all the staff we interacted with in both Washington and Wisconsin were so great!! I'm hoping to not move again for a while, haha, but if I do I'm definitely using these guys again!”

21616 E Wellesley Ave, Otis Orchards-East Farms“excellent post office with friendly service, and great route carriers, i see a lot of people review-whining about having to walk and sort mail ...wahhhhh. the usps is not here to cater to your princess needs, or for climbing ice mountains to bring you your amazon face creams.”
“This UPS store location in the greater Spokane area is the best one of I have used for services so far regarding consistent positive customer service from staff, staff going above and beyond to save me money on shipping packaging and ensuring I receive the most affordable shipping method, for being reasonable with shredding, for providing receipts after dropping off an Amazon return and letting me know I have to write down the item description on the receipt because UPS store doesn't provide that information on receipt.I want to give a special thanks to this location as well for helping me with packages into and out of the store, placing items on the counters and shredding when my disability and chronic pain makes these actions difficult or impossible - the staff here do it without me having to ask and really act polite and positive, it sure makes up for the poor experiences I often endure throughout the day.I have also seen feedback that the Grand Blvd UPS in Spokane has great customer service. Also Postal Annex has very positive, effective staff and I've never had any issues receiving or shipping packages from there although their prices are a bit higher than UPS stores and FedEx stores. One aspect about Postal Annex for senior citizens in Spokane is that this postal services provider has a very large parking lot with lots of space that makes it much easier and safer for senior citzens and disabled persons to navigate through and park in.I have been going to the Liberty Lake, WA UPS Store location for over 2.5 years now and all of the women and men that work there are consistently respectful, effective and fast, cost effective to their abilities provided by UPS services and just very friendly all around.I had a UPS store location in the middle of Spokane that does not live up to this staff's standards to the effect that I will go out of my way to complete services at this location for customer service, cost effectiveness and speed while receive my mail elsewhere for convenience of location.I have never had a package not arrive, go missing or not be shipped on time out of this location but I have had that issue numerous times at one in Spokane.I will say that some services are cheaper at USPS, sometimes FedEx and almost always cheapest at Office Depot.I find USPS across the board far worse customer service and tracking wise so I only have to deal with them if desparate.Definitely compare shipping costs with FedEx.If you do copies at FedEx, check to make sure their copiers are charging you for black & white - I caught on that I had been frequently been charged for 'color' when my pages were definitively black & white for a long time and FedEx would not reimburse me.They said 'the copiers are so sensitive that they often read color when there doesn't appear to be any' which I just have a very hard time believing with the copies I made that were strictly black and white. FedEx in regards to copies, faxes and internet use charges are much higher than I believe Office Depot on average (also Office Depot is open later). The issue I had with FedEx charging color price for clearly black and white documents and refusing to refund me seemed very scammy.Office Depot in my experience so far does tend to provide cheaper office and project services.”
“I had a delivery from a different carrier. Estes was able to fit the n a cross dock so it could be safely unloaded and loaded on my trailer. Even with all of their typical morning loading and unloading, they were able to do the cross dock right about the time they suggested. Rate was reasonable. They even were willing to reposition the load on the flat bed for the truck driver. Overall a good experience. I would definitely use them in the future.”
“Some of the nicest most helpful and caring people. The carrier even brings treats for my dogs. So I can't even imagine what all the complaints are about. Some people just have to complain. We're human, we make mistakes, get over it, get a life, and quit complaining.”
