Guillermo and the team did a fantastic job. Great work and they were a real pleasure to work with with consistent follow up and communication. I highly recommend bringing any repair work here. They also helped me handle a very difficult insurance adjuster that was a real challenge.

Some of the people at the Newcastle branch are not honest and they hid a problem they caused during the repair. They let my car battery die while waiting for a back-ordered part and the battery ended up not being able to hold a charge after they let it stay dead for a prolonged time. When I came to pick up my vehicle, they didn't tell me about the dead battery. I had to have it jumped to leave their lot. They said it would be fine after I drove it for 20 minutes to recharge. It wasn't fine. I ended up having to replace the battery since it would no longer hold a reliable charge. They should have just told me about it and replaced the battery before releasing my car to me, rather than hiding the fact and forcing me to deal with a dead battery that wouldn't properly charge after I got home. It was really messed up they did that, and I didn't have use of my car for several more days until I was able to replace the battery. I would give them only one star, but I raised it to two stars because they cleaned it well (even removing some sap from the paint). So cheers to the detailer, and jeers to anyone there who knew about the dead battery and decided to hide the fact from me. I will never go back to the Newcastle branch of Service King/Crash Champions. I don't want to go to a place where they hide issues from you rather than deal with them.

This is for the Newcastle location near Factoria.I had to come twice last year due to a couple of minor accidents. They did such a great job with getting my vehicle back on the road even with all of the part shortages that we were having at the time.They were also able to coordinate the rental agency to have them bring the rental & pick up at that location.People were friendly & professional.They have a 1-year warranty on work so be sure to ask if they forget to mention it.Midas 5-stars for the efficiency.

Exceptional Service Guillermo and the Staff are fantastic. I will recommend this shop to friends and or relative. Guillermo made sure my vehicles had the proper OEM Parts, he contacted me weekly on the progress of the repair and washed the vehicle when they were done. We had to get a fix on our front bumper and the process was surprisingly quick. We rented a car and weren't sure how long it would take. It depends on how fast they can get the part ( front bumper and fog lights, and fog light clamp) then paint the bumper to match. It was faster than we thought. They emailed and texted updates and new estimates. Brought in on Wednesday and ready for pick up the next Tuesday.

Service king is my insurance preferred auto repair shop. That's why I chose it plus Amy who provided reasonable estimate initially was friendly and responsive. After I dropped off the car for repair, it seemed Amy had left the shop, the whole repair process went to an abyss. After very reluctant occasional responses like (SK)"waiting for parts", "in-line for painting", "still in line for painting", "can wrap up this Fridays" ... after 4.5 weeks, (SK) "it will be done by end of Monday". Confirmed the status again in the morning of that Monday, both my husband and I took time off early from work, fought traffic to go pick up the car. (SK)"Nope, not done. " Then another whole week of daily inquiries "what's the status?" "I have to plan my work and life schedule around this. (Being ignored, begging) Communication transparency will go a long way for your customer's' satisfaction " (SK) " will wrap up today", "Nope, it is not done", "technician is sick", "technician is back", "no technician is working", "no ...". It became so comical if not extremely disruptive, unsettling and upsetting. Even on the final day, there were so many missed and mixed up communications feeling like torture. When I finally got to pick up the car 5 mins before the closing time, I found the final cost nearly doubled. Headlight which was undamaged from a less-than-2-mile-per-hour-drive hitting a concrete parking barrier was replaced unexpectedly for over $1k. The only saving grace (from getting 0 or 1 rating) was that after (SK)"waiting for manager to return from lunch and getting approval" daily, they eventually sent a Uber to pick me up to the shop right before they closed. The exterior of my car was fine after the repair. The steering wheel warmer behaves differently after the repair (on and off instead of constantly on. But I have no way of knowing whether it resulted from the repair. They have a motto posted in the shop saying (customer) You rule. That's far from the reality: it's really you don't matter. I understand during the pandemic, there was parts' shortage. It was supposed to get better and we were prepared for a delay. But with current crew at this shop, you would be driven mad by their lack-of and contradictory responses.

I gotta give them five stars. I've had a few vehicles repaired over the years and they so far have been the best place I've been. Their customer service is great, that's one of the biggest reasons for the five stars. I've recommended people to them and will continue to do so.

We went there for estimate. Because the rear corner was hit we asked for adding alignment. Then the front desk woman said "oh, .. we don't do alignment is not necessary but you just get used to it and you will be fine". When we received an estimate it shows install used parts. Since the accident was not our fault so the other party and insurance would pay for it but why we have to install used parts? It is not acceptable.I spoke with this this customer royalty department and they were so surprised but I told them everything.

The most outstanding service component was their constant communication. I received updates almost daily on my vehicles work completion status. They did excellent work on my Shelby GT500 getting me back in the driver's seat right on time! Excellent customer service. Damaged passenger side blind spot mirror. They fixed it and it looked great. Price went up a bit more than quoted but that was out of their control as dealer raised price on part. Still best price/quote and the work looked fantastic. We did not use insurance but they do contract and bill State Farm and several others. They also did a few extras including touch ups/buffing elsewhere and cleaned the car which was much appreciated. Had work on my other car too about a year ago and was very satisfied as well. Would highly recommend.Services: Body & Trim
