I haven’t gotten my final product yet but Joe and Nancy have been nothing less than amazing to work with. Joe has been super patient and flexible, happy to give me time to think and make it as easy as possible for me to envision my wedding ring. I also really appreciate that it doesn’t feel like there is any pressure to trade in family jewelry. They appreciate the craft of jewelry and are willing to share what they know.So excited to see where we land!

My daughter introduced me to Nancy and Joe quite a few years ago. We are absolutely in love with this store! Extraordinary and unique pieces both vintage and new that can't be found anywhere else. Such a creative and talented couple! Love visiting each time we come to Seattle.

I went in for a necklace chain repair and asked for my old clasp back. They offered the value of the gold clasp off my price, which I refused. Upon return, they did not provide me with my clasp and thus forced me to go again to retrieve it. Less than a month later, the chain broke again, due to a poor job of fixing it. I would never recommend this jeweler and will never go back.

We had a wonderful experience building a wedding ring at Porter Jensen. Nancy and Joe were amazing educators and guides for us as we went along. They were extremely generous with their time, showing us options and ensuring we were not just happy - but thrilled with the end result! The ring is absolutely gorgeous. We would recommend all our friends and family visit!

Had a great experience here getting my engagement ring appraised, as well as shortening a bracelet. The owner(s) here are extremely nice and knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable. The only downside is that their collection/selection is smaller than the big chains, but they definitely make up for it in personalized service and friendliness. Highly recommend.

This jewelry shop is a hidden gem. I had them design a ring using an existing Tahitian pearl. It came out beautifully and it fit my hand so well. The price, work quality, and service were excellent. I am picky about my jewelry and can say only great things about Porter Jensen.

Nancy and Joe are amazing -- we've worked with them to remount pieces into new items. My daughter worked with Nancy to design a custom ring for her college graduation. My husband purchased a new wedding band -- they are fabulous people who are artists and will treat you like family.
