My Hermione came back absolutely perfect. She was happy and well cared for. She is incredibly soft and smells so good. I would recommend this family owned business to anyone looking to have their pup spoiled.

I recently took my dog to Pet Station Newcastle for grooming, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The groomers are true professionals, handling my dog with such care and attention. The facilities are well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience for pets. My dog's coat has never looked better, and she came out happy and relaxed. This is the only groomer my dog has been to that she has been happy afterwards. The team at Pet Station Newcastle truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch pet grooming services!

Website promoted cat grooming services. Came in and the person there said they don't have any cat groomers for months. It's frustrating already finding a grooming service for cats here so take down the cat option and don't leave false promises

Took my dog for a bath, tidy up, and comb out. He was ready a little earlier than promised. This is our third time visiting and service has been great. They could use a door mat inside of the door for the foot traffic during wet weather.

Great place for pet grooming. We have a 65 pound mutt and a 12 pound pappillon. They love going to the Pet Station and are always eager to leave the truck and go inside. They consistently receive impeccable care and look great! Excellent ownership and staff. We’ve been taking our pets there for a couple of years. Can’t say enough good things about our experience there!
