“I really enjoy going here and seeing what they have and picking up new, interesting varieties of edible plants :-) (This time was a Goji Berry & a Wintergreen plant that you use the berries for flavor - I REALLY look forward to trying that!!). The staff is helpful (checking on prices when it’s not clear, etc). I’m mostly in the garden center, so I don’t know much about the rest, lol… But this is a business I’m glad made it through COVID!”

“These guys rock! (Yes, pun 100% intended). I got the 5/8 crush because I wanted it to be easy to walk on occasionally, but not completely lock into place like the 5/8 minus.I had it delivered and the delivery guy called me exactly at the start of the delivery window to say he was on the way and showed up 20 minutes later. The delivery cost was worth it to me since it would have two or three loads in my (still shiny) truck, so I thought it was worth my time to have it delivered.For those who don't know, they sell gravel by the pound, and I got 4000 lb which was almost exactly the 1.5 yards that I needed. (Roughly 2700 lb per cubic yard).”

“I love this store! It's a true blue old school hardware store that almost always has what I need as a fix it myself homeowner and gardener. Great tools, supplies, plus the more fun necessities in all housewares every season including specialty items. You could stock your whole kitchen with quality things from here plus have great gifts and kid's stuff too. The staff is totally accessible and knowledgeable and nice and I can be in and out fast. I go several times a month and can avoid all the big stores that take too much time and are harder to navigate and often disorganized. I highly recommend trying our small stores first and this one is exemplary. Plus it smells like a real hardware store and just opening the door is a pleasure to my senses. Long live tradition that is high functioning and prices are no more than the big stores, and often less. 5 stars and this review is long overdue for how much I love it. Going there now for 2" nails, a garden tarp, bathroom cleaning wipes, laundry soap, a new teapot, and to return some electrical supplies that I ended up not needing.”

“This Redmond Home Depot has had good customer service every time we've gone. We've been to other places that ignore requests to help and tell you to do it yourself while employees stand around doing nothing. Of note, the Redmond Home Depot staff kindly help us tie our tree to our SUV every time we buy a tree from here. I wanted to highlight Kenny for his great service helping us get our Christmas tree on our SUV today. He declined our tip but wanted to highlight his customer service”

“After 45 minutes of getting jerked around on the phone ( dropped calls, transferred to wrong departments, with more holds at the Southcenter location I contacted the ProDesk in Issaquah and got ahold of Nathan. He totally understood what I was trying to purchase and that I need to pick it up same day. He tried really hard to check inventory at multiple stores”

“We had some issues with the heat at the place we were staying, enter in Home Depot for a space heater.I always find it difficult to navigate at Home Depot and someday I'd love if they had an easy QR code for a location specific map, but once we found the item we needed it was quick to bring it up to the counter with one of their rolling carts.Although it was friendly, the service wasn't especially quick, but the item we chose worked well and we had no complaints. All in all this Home Depot definitely came through for what we needed.”

“I'm Happy! Tropical Canna plants finally arrived, after an early cold Spring. Called yesterday and was connected to Dennis in the Garden Department at the Tukwila store. He was very pleasant, and as he was walking through the yard, asked other sales agents for the Tropical Canna. Excitedly, he informed me they had "lots" of them and remarked, yes, beautiful red leaves. I was in the store an hour later; purchased 6 (and other plants!) This year, all the plants looked healthy!! Unfortunately, Dennis was not available for me to give my Thanks; so please extend my Thanks for me!Sallie”
