The facility is super clean, well lit, climate controlled and secure. Max was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us understand our needs and provided multiple options for storage as well as move in. There was no pressure or hard sell tactics. We feel very confident in our decision to rent from Newcastle Heated Storage. Thanks Max!

Poor service, they promise two month half price but when you show up they dont give it. No after hours service for getting out the gate. Store elsewhere!

We needed a storage unit upon moving to Washington and this place proved to be the perfect fit from the beginning. We had our belongings shipped U-Pack and they will deliver your goods that you loaded on a trailer and give you three days to unload. Worried about finding a storage facility that would be accommodating to this was a little stressful but when visiting the facility they assured this was no problem and something they were accustomed to. Our tour of the facility, really impressed me. Well lit, great security, very clean and great customer service. I should mention that we have changed units too. We are now in third unit. As we moved into our place and had less items to store, we moved Into smaller units to save money. Moving was easy and painless as they have elevators, wide halls, lights, and flat bed dollys to help move your items in and out of units. The storage is facility is locked by gates after 10pm. To enter the building and elevator you have to enter your security code. The place is well surveillance with security cameras too. My only gripe is that I have to do new paperwork every time we change a unit. But I guess if I had switched to a another storage i would still be doing paperwork - so I guess I get it. Anyways - highly recommend for all your storage needs.

We had a great experience with Kris and Newcastle Heated Storage! Easy getting started with them and convenient access to our unit throughout our stay. We felt things were very secure and had no trouble with getting in and out. Kris was very accommodating with the truck rental and was very easy to work with! Would use again!

I started renting a storage unit at Newcastle Heated Storage back in 2015 after moving to California, and my experience has been great! The facility is extremely well kept, easy access for bigger vehicles, the billing system is super simple to use, and owners are very pleasant to deal with. Even though I recently moved out, I will be sure to recommend them to all my friends and family back in Washington.

The cleanest, finest storage center I've ever used. No odor (most places have at least some odor). Unfortunately, I had to find another place to store since I live on the other side of 520, and the place I picked is not one bit cheaper but is stinky. Also, this place has flat floors, which is important since your stuff will often fall off the cart; the new place I moved to has uneven surfaces and my stuff has fallen off the cart. Finally the aisle widths are wide, so it doesn't take a lot of manoeuvering to turn the corners. Very well designed and I miss it.
