Kristin, John, Amanda, and Trevor made me feel very welcome. At first, I was a little concerned with not continuing with the person who did my assessment. I quickly found out that I didn’t need to worry about that. They’re all great. They’re attentive and are constantly reassessing the programming and overall direction of your care.
I found out that a family member that was attending physical therapy at this location. She had wonderful things to say about Kristin.

Greeted by a very friendly, accommodating person. First visit the PT listens very carefully, taking in everything discussed. She tells what her overall plan will be for the time you attend, and mutually, goals are set. Second visit, introduction to exercises. This is the best PT experience I've had, and I'm looking forward to accomplishing those goals. Highly recommend.

I was moved around staffs each time visiting the office. I never knew who I was really seeing . At beginning, I thought it was fine as long as each one knew what they were doing. However, for my last visit, I was attended by a lady who completely ignored me sitting 8 feet away staring the computer the whole time when I did the exercise. I had to remind her every time that I was done for one session and ready for the next one. She didn’t even show me not to mention correcting me for each of the posture. I was dismissed 15 minutes earlier that the allowed time. That’s the last straw that I have to get a new place.

I found the staff to be very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Based on my experience, I was given a few stretches to do at home , which I really appreciated. My last therapist at another place gave me 10 exercises to do at home and that was overwhelming to me. At my appointment, we start off with doing exercises and stretches for about 40 minutes. I prefer doing it there and making sure I do it correctly. I really like my therapist, jhansi, she very professional and diagnosed my problem correctly.

I recently had a disappointing experience with ATI Therapy’s customer service. Despite several attempts to get assistance, I found their operators to be distracted, often speaking to others while addressing my concerns. Each call required me to undergo verification processes, despite assurances that my details were already added to their system. This inconsistency led to multiple calls, each providing different information.The handling of billing was another major issue. ATI Therapy outsources this to external companies, which seems to complicate matters further, making it difficult for them to keep track of customer interactions and focus on customer needs.My most troubling experience involved a call that lasted over three hours, during which I was redirected between their team and my insurance provider multiple times, only to end without any resolution or useful guidance.It is clear that ATI Therapy needs to invest in training for their customer service team and implement a more effective system to prevent such experiences from recurring. As customers, we seek support and understanding, especially when dealing with therapy services. Unfortunately, my experience was far from supportive, leaving much to be desired in terms of customer care and efficiency.

Pool was disgusting is was bacteria in the pool and I was ordered to do therapy picked this location at first and changed my mind first day ! Now I'm at like creek where it's nice and clean !
