“Really good experience with the community especially the maintenance team - Victor is great! Friendly, professional, and reliable.
One piece of advice tho, is I noticed that the newly implemented latch system is not the most accommodating for the elder living in the apartment. Would be nice if the leasing office can provide some accommodation for those who are not familiar with smart phone.”

“Anytime I have a maintenance problem, it is addressed and fixed very fast, The Man that does the repairs / Fixes ( Tony ) Is very helpful, and Knowledgeable, he always fixes the problems fast , and also is very kind and shows how it’s done! Step by step! With tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again. This is exactly the type of person you’d want to work for your Establishment. Great with the “ Customers “ and great at his job!!”

“I've been enjoying my 2-plus years at the Notch Apartments very much. It is a very well-run building (even with some management turnovers), and is located in a nice, quiet setting (right next to Cougar Mt Regional Wildland Park. It is kept pretty clean inside and out, despite the large number of tenants, who are largely very nice and friendly, as is the management team.”
