Went in for just a couple snack items, and the older white lady working the register just stared directly at me from the second i walked in to the second i left. Not even trying to hide it. Didn’t even Buy my stuff i felt so uncomfortable. Never coming here again.

I had a terrible experience with the older lady that works there, she immediately berated me for not wearing my mask, I did put my mask on to shut her up. That didn't work she went on and on with me. I will never go there again. It's sad because I like the owners as they are very nice and cordial to deal with, however that 1 employee "older white lady or Karen" has stopped me from patronizing them.

Want to hive this place zero stats, but I have to give it 1 to post this review. Stopped in this evening at 5:35 pm (business is open until 9pm) after 4 hours on tje road for refreshments and bathroom. The attendant, a woman who was smoking outside when we arrived and had to put her cigarette out to go back into the store when we arrived, said her bathroom was closed when we asked to use it. The store was dead, no other customers. The only thing I can think of is that she does not want to have to work (clean bathrooms if they get used?). Very disappointing, we like Chevrons for their reliability, quality, and good service. BUT, apparently, NOT in Naches Wa. Avoid it not worth the stop! @chevron.com #@chevron.com

I have never in all my years seen a worker talk to someone the way I did last night. The customer was going to use his digital card on his phone to pay for his purchase and the worker was so rude and started yelling at the customer that he didn't have that option. The customer tried to explained how it worked and the said "what do you think? That I am lying" He started yelling about his camera's and calling the cops. The customer told him to step outside and talk to him like that out there. What happened to customer service?

Clean friendly staff and a restroom for paying customers. Also have an oil recycling station out back which is helpful for folks who still change there own oil. Yes your car takes oil and yes it should be changed ever so often.... ???

Don't go here, they will charge you .40 cents to use a credit or debit card. At most they would be paying a 5 cent swipe fee plus 1-3% of the transaction amount, so they profited almost 30 cents off my $2.59 cent energy drink. I disputed the transaction and my credit card company refunded it to me. What they are doing is highway robbery. Making that profit for doing nothing more than letting me use my card is a joke. And the guy behind the counter, James, will just want to argue with you about it.

My girlfriend stopped here to get gas. It was a little more expensive, but we wanted to make sure we got back on the road quickly.

I walked into the store and was greeted by Crystal. I looked around for snacks and after a moment, brought my items to the counter. She asked "is that it?" I nodded, then added one more item within arms reach, totaling four items. "Is that it?" I was asked again. I hesitantly added $30 worth of gas and Crystal became nicer as I ran my debit card through the machine. I left with my items and as the gas pump turned on it spurted gas onto the sidewalk because the handle was stuck down. No cloths or spill kits nearby; pretty hazardous. After filling up, as I was turning around in the parking lot I turned back to get one more drink (I had a three hour drive ahead of me) and was surprised to find the store was closed? At 1:24 PM? Random. Either way I got turned around and drove back by within three minutes and the sign was on and the door unlocked again (I watched two women exit). I would not recommend this business due to unsafe equipment and incredibly unprofessional customer service. I know it's just a gas station, but damn!

?????????????Chevron Naches Rude RUDE RUDE RUDE ASKED asked to use the bathrooms he said he didn’t have any asked if he could direct us to any place that has bathrooms he yelled like I said “did you not hear me”! I go from work to home and that is it! I would advise all not to get fuel from this place. This happened Aug 1st 2020 @ 2:30pm I don’t care if it was Covid there is no excuse to be so rude. A few blocks down the (Naches Chinook Shell station 100% great service!)
