Went to this location to ship an envelope to a different country. Karen was extremely helpful, nice and informative. International shipping was not as expensive as I expected.

Delivered a card and gift card specifically to the post office directly 1 month ago. One month later, recipient still hasn’t received it.Called the local post office, 36 minutes later they still haven’t picked up the phone! Unacceptable and unprofessional! Post office staff clearly aren’t delivering to the correct address. It was never returned to me, so the incorrect address recipient kept the gift card! Or someone from the post office kept it. Not ok!

Delivered my mail I had forwarded for a month. I left the country to find they stopped delivering my mail. Went through the process online and through the phone of making sure they would resume delivering my mail. They haven't, it doesn't matter what I do they just return my mail to sender. I lived all over the country, and this is by far the worst postal service I have had anywhere. Filled out paper forms in box, online, through the phone, no change in service. I have had better luck getting delivery while traveling abroad than with this post office.

Been home all day.. USPS claims they left a notice on my door of attempted delivery. Never saw the post office person. Convenient for them to not deliver the day before a holiday.. now I get to wait an extra week for them to attempt a redeliver. Nothing but frustrations.. would not recommend at all.

I want to rate it badly so no one else will come here, but I can't. The clerks are always friendly and the service is fast.My last package was delivered before the expected date.

Worst postal service I’ve ever had, including being shipped things in the middle of nowhere on deployments. I can literally get an email notice I wasn’t home for delivery while I’m home, then walk to the mailboxes at my complex, she will be still putting mail in boxes, and will tell me, she doesn’t have time to go back through and find my mail. When I asked why she doesn’t deliver to my door and asked for her to at least leave my certified mail and packages in my box or one with a key, she says okay and then again doesn’t deliver next time. This is illegal not just lazy. It’s your federally obligated job to deliver the mail. Read your own credo. I’m trying to figure out if I can suit or what my recourse is against the post office. It’s not like they think they have a vendetta. I hardly know anyone in this state. This has been an issue since she became the new person for our complex over a year ago and I’m not the only one who has noticed. What do I have to do to get you to deliver my mail? Now, because you didn’t come to my apartment and deliver the mail I already paid for, you want me to pay another $3 for delivery. Is $3 breaking the bank? No. It’s not the point. It’s unacceptable and inexcusable for y’all to be so lazy and such liars. It’s not like it’s a high standard. Put the mail in the correct box and deliver packages. You don’t even have to come to the door. Could leave it at the office in front of the boxes. There is no excuse.

No frills service, though asking for tape is tough (seems they are trying to save money?).. so bring as much of your shipping materials as possible.Lines are short, so it's only a few minutes to wait during non-peak times. Once at the counter, it's fairly straight-forward to get your item shipped with the CSR/postal worker.
