Great customer service! Honesty is hard to find when going through mechanics. When through a couple mechanics for my 2011 Audi A4 and Chris and Chad both have taken care of me for years now. I'm very glad I found them. I would trust them with any car I bring to them moving forward just because of their customer service and ability to effectively communicate with me and work with me through challenging times. HIGH QUALITY SERVICE!

These guys are absolutely incredible!! My wife and I drove to Las Vegas from San Antonio to spend some time with family. The last thing that we expected was to have AC issues in July 2023 after replacing every major component on our vehicle in Feb 2023. Well, it happened at a time of record breaking heat and the day before we were supposed to leave heading back to San Antonio. Chad, Kris and the maintenance team took their time diagnosing my GL 550 until they found the problem. As it turns out, the new compressor that was installed in February was faulty. While the vehicle was running idle everything checked out fine and the sniffers didn't detect any leaks. However, after much troubleshooting it was found that when the compressor was tapped/bumped it leaked Freon. They also discovered an issue with my auxiliary battery sending voltage spikes that caused issues with AC controls and other instruments. I had no problem extending my stay because it was clear to me that these guys knew what they were doing and they cared about our safety and livelihood before we started our return trip back to San Antonio. Chad coordinated the warranty paperwork and another compressor was ordered and installed. After installation, these guys kept the vehicle another day to run tests to insure that everything was operating correctly. We made it back to San Antonio safely and the AC worked perfectly. Thank you guys so much and we really appreciate Austin for picking us up in the courtesy vehicle. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PROFESSIONALS FOR ALL MAINTENANCE NEEDS!!!

My 325i was running so rough it would barely start. Had it towed in thinking it was the vanos. They called me up to let know the last shop didn't snug down the coils. Then told me about an oil leak the last shop quoted me over 2k for they fixed it all for 1500.00. Thanks I'll will be returning soon..

These guys were very professional! I brought my car in for oil change and normal check up. They took photos and sent them to me. We went over the estimate and they explained everything clearly. I really appreciate that they took the time to chat even though they were really busy. Its hard to find reliable mechanics in LV but I have finally found some reliable people I can count on! Give them a try!

I had a wonderful experience here! The inside of the shop is beautiful, the people who work there are very friendly and the owner seemed to be very straight forward and didn't try and tell me I needed abunch of things done just to get more money out of me like most automtive shops do.
