“I don't normally go to this shopping center, but I decided to come here to get some things done rather than go to my normal shops in South Everett. Of all the shopping centers, this one by far feels like the safest one to go to these days. It's for this reason that I'll definitely be back to do a little more exploring. “I got my hair cut at a business that shall remain anonymous, and I am not happy with it at all. But the Town center is very nice with a lot of different businesses and there is a Red Robin out back of the center.”

“Visited Back9 for the second time. Great staff. Lots of fun hitting golf balls in the simulator. Many other sport options available. Excellent fries and full bar. I will assuredly return soon.”

“Taco time is great in this strip mall. There is also a bar, a couple small grocery stores. Liquor store and a new chinese buffett and the McDonalds that is being remodeled. Otherwise an older strip mall with plenty of parking and available retail rental space.”

“We would like to go shopping South center mall. I used to go and buy seafood at seafood city. Good place to spending time your family. Lot of fun over here. Especially kids are like to go for fun with shopping . There is a clean restroom and lot of parking spot too. Overall this my favorite place to spend time.”

“I like visiting this plaza at night because all of the parking lot lights are LED with the manufacturer fault that has turned them purple. Please don't replace them!”

“If you are 18 this place is amazing because they well sell to you and their product is cheaper than most places and I have been going there for 2 years and if I could I would give them a 10 out of 10 and the people that work there are very nice”

“This is a great addition to a mostly residential area. There are a few apartment buildings here and it seems there are adding more units ground level. There are a few stores such as AmazonGo, a pet store with self wash for your pet, an infant clothing store, a cafe (new), a tap bar, a wine bar, ramen restaurant, a steakhouse, an Xfinity store, a barre studio, massage place and a dentist. I hope they open more businesses, maybe a coffee shop and maybe a pop up store.Plenty of parking, the area is safe, clean and has a bus stop right in front.”

“The ladies in the front of the house at El Rinconsito are a class act, and the hombres in back are among the best Mexican chefs WA has to offer. Truly, this food is the bomb. ?”

“This is a great place to shop, especially during the holidays. It's best for clothing and shoes. It's also a great place for kids, plenty of food locations and spots to play. There is a parking lot and garage. Although it can be crowded on weekends, it always seems to have parking. Fun place to visit!”

“We're a couple of old foggies that haven't used this before, but from medicinal purposes and Alzheimer's we thought we'd give it a try so they staff was very knowledgeable and they understood that my husband has a trimmers with Parkinson so he shouldn't be smoking. So they gave us some edible and drinkable options and I am really appreciative of it. They really were helping us a budget conscious and I appreciate them”

“Is there an apostrophe missing in the name of the plaza? (Perhaps a greengrocer stole it...)We stopped in for some snacks. The bagel place was wonderful -- the people, especially -- but they were so short on bagels I had to give back one of the ones in my baker's dozen I had already bought for my partner to get a sandwich, too! : ) : ) They were very accommodating and patient, so, yeah, nice people and an overall good experience!”

“Cascade Plaza is an easy place to pull over and visit. This complex has several business: Safeway, Safeway fuel station, Domino's Pizza, Aaron's, JoAnn Fabrics, Dollar Tree, and Ross Dress for Less are just a few. Ample parking. Easy access to enter or exit Evergreen Way because this complex sits on the corner lot at an intersection with a traffic light.”

“Love the strip mall there. Best of all it is home to Tokyo Spa.Now if you want a massage, then that's the place for me..... Just thik of getting a rub down and relaxing massage after a hard day working. Then after the massage you can go to the 13th Street Pub and grab yourself some suds.”

“Easy to navigate except if you're wanting to take a left turn out. You'll have to go all the way to the east side of the shipping center because you'll only be able to take a left by using the intersection light. The good thing about this shopping center is that I can usually count on good parking.”
