“This is by far one of my favorite places to eat out. As close to authentic Mexican cuisine as you could find when you're 2 hours away from Canada. Love their salsa bar. One of my favorite dishes is the quesadilla con flor the calabaza (quesadilla with zucchini blossoms) filled with shredded pork and a healthy side of rice and beans,”
“A great place to shop if you can find decent parking. Many spaces are tight. Lots of good food too. Some great restaurants and little shops. The area is relatively creature free though the humans can be annoying.”
“Aside from security being a little on the aggressive side. It's a nice place to park my car. To catch up on my to do list, do a lil shopping, and unwind before going home. Glad there IS security tho. Thanx”
“Planet fitness, sprouts grocery, smoothie shop, nail salon, hair salon, sushi restaurant, Mcmenamins pub all in one location. Lots of parking and the lot is always clean.”
“Everyone here is nice, and I like going here even tho it's expensive...but it's 21+ now, I'm 20, would of been nice to get a warning to stock up a few weeks in advance.... Can't believe they just cut ppl off like that?”
“Absolutely the best crossroads in all of Lynnwood. They have the new T&T Supermarket. 5 Guys Burgers. All about Bundt. Those are the only three I've frequented.”
“Love it! Fish n Chips, or pizza or amazing Thai...or sit down at e pulo for crazy good halibut. Cocktails at Nikes', beers with buddies at Bridget's bottle shop, or the scratch distillery. Plus, there is a yarn shop for the wife! After diner/drinks go across the street for a walk along the beach.
Everyone in Edmonds is so friendly...but everything closes about 9pm.”

“Pretty much any store you could imagine. All within a 5 mile radius. All shops have great prices too. N. Everett has no Walmart, Cabela's,home base, cheap gas, and liquor. This is one stop red neck shopping at its finest.”
“Love this mall! I find myself coming here all the time just to browse clothing and check out whatever new stuff is in. There’s a really solid mix of stores—from fashion to gifts to all the random fun finds you didn’t know you needed. And when you get hungry, there are plenty of food options to choose from, which makes it easy to turn a quick stop into a full afternoon. One of my favorite parts? The arcade area! It’s such a fun bonus and perfect if you want to switch things up and play a few games. The whole place has a lively, upbeat feel without being overwhelming. Whether I’m actually shopping for something specific or just wandering around, it’s always a good time. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want to get out and do something fun.”

“A small, really nice strip mall which has a good variety of places I go to on a frequent basis. Safeway, Trudy's Hallmark for gifts for all occasions, Half Price Books, UPS and Hwy 99 Teriyaki. Hobby Lobby has a lot of everything too, for all ages. These shops have been here for many, many years and it still is my go to place for what I need, as others do too.”
“Arirang is pretty affordable Korean BBQ restaurant in Lynnwood near business Costco. They have self salad bar with so many good side dishes that are paired with ur BBQ lunch or dinner with different price for weekdays n weekends. The meat goes with non marinated n marinated beef, spicy pork, marinated chicken, beef intestines etc at ur salad bar. The only meat u ask the server is the thinly sliced beef because they have to be kept frozen until served.
They have rice n two different kinds of soup in the salad bar as well. There r two huge sections of side dishes including japchae, fried calamari, korean pancake, veggie dishes, raw spicy crab (yum!), tofu, dried squid, bulgogi, lettuce leaves n condiments for BBQ. I think it's $45/person during weekends n $25/person during weekday lunch. It seems pretty reasonable for the amount of food it's available for u to eat.”
“Great first stop!! Lots of times when I need something I’ll go first to Ken’s Korder Good Cheer, but I’ve also gone to the hardware store to get tools, or leave packages for pick up. Also Red Apple isn’t bad!! I especially love it when they have fresh seafood…most recently I ran in to get clams and some white wine, perfect!!”
“stopped in while friends were visiting. we had a great time walking around seeing the vendors. many great booths & some unique offerings. edmonds does a great job with these.”
“This is a great addition to a mostly residential area. There are a few apartment buildings here and it seems there are adding more units ground level. There are a few stores such as AmazonGo, a pet store with self wash for your pet, an infant clothing store, a cafe (new), a tap bar, a wine bar, ramen restaurant, a steakhouse, an Xfinity store, a barre studio, massage place and a dentist. I hope they open more businesses, maybe a coffee shop and maybe a pop up store.Plenty of parking, the area is safe, clean and has a bus stop right in front.”
“All the businesses here are really good.Around-the-table - funZuris donuts - best donuts I've hadGreek grocery- good prices for exotic foods and drinks.Subway - greatLittle ceaser - good staff”

“Convenient strip of shops with some very nice eateries. For us, we're particularly fond of Patrona Mexican and Midori teriyaki. I'm not sure if The Rock Pizza is still open or if it has shut down (it'd be a shame if it did). There's also a breakfast place that we haven't tried yet... one of these days...
Update November 2024: All of the above still holds true. Parking gets a little hectic when the Tae Kwon Do class lets out, but that lasts only a few minutes, and magically, a whole bunch of parking spots open up, all at once.”
“While I was in town for an at festival, morning breakfast was from the Starbucks that's in this complex. The only sad part was that there's no seating area. It was a cold and rainy day and we just had our coffee and croissant standing inside making sure we didn't come on the way of other customers. This is inside a store hence you will see people walking inside out within the store. There's a big free parking lot. We could only find this nearest place for morning breakfast. The service was great and the staff were friendly.”
“I've only been to this location to visit the Big 5 Sporting Goods store, so I can't speak for the other stores there. The staff at Big 5 are really friendly and accommodating.”
“This area has plenty of stores and restaurants. It is a small plaza. I was surprised to see 3 Mexican restaurants here. There are also Asian restaurants as well. And if you want a massage or a haircut you will find these services here. Nice little plaza. My favorite Mexican restaurant is located here.
Come down and check it out. You will find something for you.”
“Decent place, this has been cleaned up a lot in recent years. Now homeless people are starting to come around again. This place has a low homeless population.
The parking lot is a decent size. They really could use some EV parking. Good selection of stores”

“So many great options for food and other services in this little strip mall. Zab thai is the bomb. Best fresh spring rolls I' ve ever had!! Super delish.????”
“Love the strip mall there. Best of all it is home to Tokyo Spa.Now if you want a massage, then that's the place for me..... Just thik of getting a rub down and relaxing massage after a hard day working. Then after the massage you can go to the 13th Street Pub and grab yourself some suds.”
“This is my second time staying at this hotel and we love it, The hotel is clean,That breakfast is plentiful and good, the beds are too soft for me and I wish they would put floor numbers on each floor outside of the elevator because I see so many people get out on the wrong floor,”
“This location has seemed to clean up a bit since they started requiring receipts to exit. This and the cart locks. On top of the onsite security at the door. The parking lot however, as others have mentioned, invites a wide range of weirdos. The lot is huge with vacant space and buildings, so there's often people illegally camping or pan handling. The park up the hill and the alley-ish area behind the store doesn't make the area any safer, but they're really making an effort and investing in the security of the store. With Fred Meyer gone, I hope this location sticks around. Safeway always has the best gas prices.”
“This is the best mall of 2025 you're saying it's 2026 now but the mall was booming with stores but now there all shut down no remaining stores five below is opening you're saying five below already opened same for Urban Air they blocked off all entrances because you didn't want to see the construction I can't wait until fall 2026 goodbye the old Everett Mall”
“Petco, half price books, Walmart, Red Robin, and Michaels. All the things to make your life happy and full. Heck they even got an indoor trampoline place called Flying Squirrel. Not bad for a small shopping area”
“Henry's Donuts and Garlic Jim's Pizza. There is a nail place named Lily's. I know that because it's named the same as my cat. I drop my wife off at the bus stop there for her commute to Seattle and grab a donut pretty regularly.”
