Stopped in to return company equipment and they refused to charge the box / shipping label to the company account. The guy at the counter tried to cut me off as I explained I’ve been able to do this type of transaction before. Went to a real FedEx location and they handled everything no problem. I see why this place has terrible ratings

Avoid Pat at all costs at this store. We were utterly shocked at how horrible his customer service was.
While working with another associate (who was extremely professional), we watched Pat scream at, berate and speak so cruelly to two other customers, that they walked out.
In between driving away customers, Pat kept interrupting our associate to ask him to do tasks that he was too lazy to do himself? Like scanning a barcode and opening a plastic wrapper.
While Muzamil was excellent to work with, I’ll go out of my way to not support this business that hires someone as rude as Pat.

I have come to the store often on since it opened. Today, I was in town again and stopped in, but I will never go back to the store again. There is a rude apathetic tall Asian kid who was too busy to take his AirPods out to answer my question at the counter. He immediately said they don’t handle Amazon returns with the QR code before I could even ask my question. He made it sound like they don’t do Amazon returns at all. He was so rude and couldn’t be bothered. I immediately turned around to leave the store and told him they just lost a customer. Then he tried to explain to me on the way out the door how they do handle Amazon returns. he made it seem like it was a hassle for me to do an extra step that he needed to explain after first saying they don’t handle Amazon returns with the QR code. I wonder if he’s a relative of the owners, but he should not work in customer service at all! He is and will continue to hurt your business. He certainly seems uncaring, uninterested and rude. He doesn’t want to work. So unhelpful, rude & acts like he would rather be anywhere else. I’m done with POSTNET and Mukilteo.

Pat has no place working in customer service. He seemed mad we even came inside, couldn’t even tape a box properly, he told us the shipping would be one price and total was 15 dollars more, we asked him why and he screamed at us “BECAUSE OF THE PACKAGING”. Very uncomfortable experience. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Also cost $40 to ship a small box. We were kind and didn’t say anything, but wishing we did.

I will never return to this store. And I will let everyone I know(hundreds of people in area). I've been to this store twice in the last 6 months. Today was my last time. There is a very rude tall Asian kid who has been there( I won't even say he was"working" ). He should not work in the customer service world at all!!!!He is costing this business a lot of money I'm sure of it. So unhelpful, rude & acts like he would rather be anywhere else. I'm sorry but he needs to be let go immediately if you're smart & want to retain good customers & turn a profit. He is a cancer to your business.

When is it okay to drop off a package for UPS that weighed 48 lb and the young person in there couldn't make his mind up and didn't know what to do he was too stressed out period for kids these days can you make a decision

This place accepts USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL drop-off. What an amazing thing. Wow! Additionally, the staff is very friendly.

I didn't catch her name but the gal that helped me send a package today was amazing. She quoted me on pricing, helped find a box that fit everything, and even provided a card to put in the package. Go here for fast, quality service. Will be back again!

These Asians are rude and high priced ! $50 to print email copies ,that Staples in Everett charged $3 . Then typical Asians wanted tip ! Don't go there .
