“The manager was so helpful to get me a quote for international shipping. She gave me a lot of info about international shipping. I ended up not sending my package because it cost so much money. I recommend that you guys send or drop off your package here. Fast and efficient service.”

“Here's a corrected version of your text:"June and LG are excellent workers. I had an issue with my mailbox key, and they called each other to make sure I could access my mail. It was my top priority, and June also fixed my mailbox."”

“This branch goes above and beyond every time I visit. Today (Saturday) I had a package stuck at the back of a truck. Rich or Rick (sorry I’m horrible with names) went completely out of his way to make sure that I got my package today. Every employee has helped me find the right shopping option that is the lowest price and help with package and label needs. They are all phenomenal. Thanks for being awesome, kind, and helpful!”

“We have had a PO Box here for just over a year, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the awesome gals that work here. We are a small island community, and well removed from the I5 corridor, so mail takes longer here. It just does. My personal experience is that the EPIC team here in Clinton will do whatever they can to help find lost packages, track down the source of any issues, and greet you kindly and graciously every time you come in. Their jobs aren't easy, but MAN they are awesome! So thankful for our awesome Clinton Post Office team!!!”

“This is the best office in Edmonds It has a very convenient mail drop for first class and priority mailers under 1lb The "Asian lady" is a little fed up but direct. The other staff members are helpful but shy to work. Place is very clean. Quick. And efficient. To bad they are not open until 6.”

“Was worried to see so many complaints about the passport service, but my experience was awesome! Maria probably is the best government employee I have ever worked with. Super courteous and friendly, would highly recommend!”

“I use this location frequently and dont understand why it has bad reviews. It can get pretty busy during peak hours but there is a self service machine in the lobby that is super quick and easy to use. Overall, clean location, upfront parking available, and every time I had to ask customer service employees for a question they were very polite and well trained.”

“I visited this USPS office to send out my Christmas cards and a package to friends and family. The office was bustling with activity, with approximately 10 people already in line and more joining behind me. Given the holiday season, it was evident that many individuals were eager to mail their cards promptly.Despite the crowd, the line moved forward steadily, if a bit slowly. The office had three counters open, and the staff appeared to be working efficiently to assist the customers. The employees were not only respectful but also helpful, ensuring that everyone was served promptly. It was clear that they were making a concerted effort to manage the workload during this busy period.I appreciate the dedication of the USPS staff, especially during the holiday season, where demand is undoubtedly high. Their commitment to providing efficient service and maintaining a helpful demeanor did not go unnoticed. I would like to commend the staff for their hard work and commendable service.”

“Nestle helped us take passport photos for our 8 week old. She was patient (newborn photo was tough to take), kind, and quick - we were out of there in a 20 minutes.”

“USPS in Langley, WA I usually dread coming to the post office because lines are long, it takes forever and the workers aren't very nice but this USPS is not that at all. I've been here a few times and maybe I'm just lucky, but there has never been a line. There's one man in particular who is amazing. Carl has been nothing but awesome! Each time I've spoken to him he has been friendly and obviously having a wonderful day. I spoke to him my first visit here and I wasn't expecting him to be so helpful with trying to ship a box. (My prior experience at the Renton USPS left me hating the post office since I had my box all ready, and I bought a label, and it just needed to be taped on and the woman at the Renton USPS made me buy a roll of tape from her $4.) Not here, Carl helped me find the right box, pack and tape it all up and sold me the postage. He was awesome! This is my favorite and only USPS I'll be going to.”

“A quirky little "post office", that is open weird hours, but I always get my packages with polite help and a smile. Plus, it's in Perrinville, which is quirky in and of itself, so added bonus. My high school history teacher was the mayor of Perrinville decades ago.”
