Karmichael Auto Salon, you need to reach out to Google and update your business location. Google has your business located at the car wash on Google Maps. That is why you're getting the car wash reviews.

THIS GUY OWNS THE CAR WASH NEXT DOOR!!! My husband took the car through the brush less car wash and it left soap all over the roof. My husband asked if they could help a bit by rinsing it off. (Yay, soap stains...) He was told "that's your problem". wow. Could've offered us 4 quarters for the self-wash so we can rinse it off ourselves at least. If you notice, this shop owner gets very defensive when it comes to negative reviews (take a look for yourself), instead of offering good customer service. This is not the first time I have heard of bad attitude from this place. He also came to my work and harassed me/called me stupid before asking me to take my review down. Is that how you keep customers??? Yes, we will write, and continue to write, reviews about a bad experience no matter where it is.

Used their online reservation system. Set the appointment. Drove there. After 15min of the front desk person playing ping pong tech support back and forth with his boss, they say...sorry, the boss forgot to block those times out. We can't do it today. For that, they get a 1-star review.

Don't rely on their website to select a package; they don't include what's listed. Get a detailed written estimate, specifying every single thing you expect to be completed (no matter how trivial). They will charge you more than the estimate.

Got a full ceramic coating, paint protection 3m film on hood, door seals, door handles, etc.. Was told initially that I need to come back yearly to get my ceramic coating checked but after the second year was told I do not need to come back, even though I mentioned it said in the warranty I needed yearly checks. My hood wrap cracked in a spot (which is usually warrantied) and was told I possibly need to get a full wrap.When I left a message the first time asking for the company who did my paint protection I never got a call back. Second time I called they answered and only told me the name of a different company who did my paint protection.Bottom line I have received inconsistent service here and will not return.

Automatic car wash used to be good, something has changed and no good anymore. It leaves lots of stains all over the car make it look dirtier then before wash. I am stopping use this car wash unless the setting comes back to normal.

I set up an appointment to get the Platinum package on our sedan, and Karmichael's did an AWESOME job. Coworkers riding in the car afterward asked if it was a new car (it's not at all). Scheduling an appointment through the website was super easy, and they were very pleasant and knowledgeable when I had questions. The car has never looked better. 10/10, will be back and would recommend.
