My dog is 5 and she broke off two molars chewing on this chew. We couldn’t figure out why she wasn’t eating and took her to Vet and they found them and said it is very painful and we needed to soften her food until she has surgery to remove both broken molars. This is really going to cost us. She will never chew another one

Don't ever work there. They are discriminating, they work people like slaves, if you talk, you get told to shut up and keep working. If you need water they say no. Keep working, they are dirty and I would never feed my rare Brazilian mastiff these treats.

The supervisors if you are overweight body shame their workers if you decide to avoid confrontation they would fire you for no good reason but would come up with any reason just to fire you so if you are overweight do not work for this company

Bought the bags of cheese puff that should pop like popcorn. Followed instructions and 1 bag barely popped. Tried 2nd bag. And same thing happened. BIG WASTE OF MONEY

I purchase these chews at least once a month for my German Shepherd puppy. I recently made a purchase and within 5 min of removing it from the package it broke into smaller pieces which defeats the purpose of this bone. I reached out to customer service right away for a replacement or exchange. I received a polite response within a few days and was told it would be replaced. It's had been close to 3 weeks so I reached back out to customer service about an update and have not received a response in 3 days. I feel lied to and will probably chose a different brand.
