My hair cut was scheduled for 11:30 AM. I showed up at around 10:50 AM, went up to the door, and noticed a sign on the door that said they can have one client at a time due to Covid (understandable) and that I needed to wait in my car until I get a call or text. Well, I waited in my freezing car for about an hour only to get a text at 11:56 AM saying that my appointment was marked as a “no-show.” I followed the rules posted on their door AND waited an extra 30 minutes over my scheduled appointment time and this is what I get. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not be coming back here again.Edit: I DID go to the correct suite and read the sign twice because I always double check everything I do. It was taped to the door of their entrance.

My first visit to the salon last night with Karen. My hair is difficult to color as it pulls brassy. She did an amazing job and it came out great. The salon is very clean, plenty of free parking and Karen is very personable. On a side note, I loved the music too. Already booked the next two appointments.

Karen is an exceptional hairdresser! You won't bedisappointedShe is such a lovely person and knows how to cut and style hair. Even with my curly hair, she knew just what to do! Her salon is easy to access with plenty of free parking!
