I am writing about a bad experience that my husband and I had at this hair salon. We have been clients for at least 2 years. My husband had walked in for hair cut and was told to leave because he had been sick for one month, however, he is no longer contagious. He was also wearing a mask. Additionally, I was vey displeased with the color that Katherine applied to my hair. Suffice it to say, we will never patronize this hair salon. This owner and primary hair stylist is also very pricey.

I had never been to the Cutting Lounge before, but was I ever surprised! I don't know when I've had a better perm nor a more delightful stylist than Sara. She was about completely pleasing me and making sure I was satisfied with the results. Yes, Sara, I was completely satisfied and look forward to seeing you again in a few months!

WOW!! What a amazing find ?! Katherine was so wonderful from the second we hit the door! First, the salon is so beautiful, clean & inviting with easy parking. Sheput us at ease and had a lovely spot for me to sit at to watch the beard trim take place! Her skills at defining the trim to suit the face were ?! Just an amazing experience & I recommend her highly - just loved loved loved the experience and the end look was stellar ❤️! She also is so reasonably priced!! Sara is awesome! I just move to this locations loved that the salon is close to my home, I was able to google salon near me and found "Cutting Lounge" best thing ever. I've been searching for a stylist since I move from California to the North West in 2014.I went in for a consultation spoke to the owner Katherine and she was very knowledgeable and business type lady, regarding the services her salon offers.She new exactly who she would set me up with she said Sara. I can sit here and brag about Sara but I would rather you make appointment and see for yourself. I can say this! I went in with a photo and and she nail it! I'm very please I found her and Katherine excellent service.Services: Balayage

Sarah @ The Cutting Lounge is a great human and wonderful hair stylist. Yesterday I showed up with a Pinterest folder of photos for inspiration and asked her to transform my head. The goal was a more blended, vibrant, easy to maintain color. She most definitely “understood the assignment!” A few laughter-filled hours later I walked out with everything I’d hoped for, and then some!! The color is outstanding with deep undertones and gorgeous highlights. She even took time to give me some pointers on how to best curl my hair to get those beach-vibe waves. My husband’s reaction when I got home, “Wow! You look years younger.” Music to anyone’s ears over the age of 30! Thank you, Sarah!! You are a real Mukilteo gem!Services: Haircut

My husband and I have been going here for over 5 years Katherine is a hair magician. I am just so impressed with the haircut and styling and the coloring.
